It's only 179 USD per Year for Freelancer. A Studio should not worry about 400 USD too much. If you don't wanna go with 179 USD you can also go with 18 USD per Month. Maybe too much for a hobbyist but fair enough for someone who earns money with it. Remember that you have 0 USD for Blender!

after rendering only 3d scene was rendering not the clip why?

When you added the ball, it looked like it was floating and didn’t look right.
You don't need a addon just track it and add it in you don't have to pay 400$ for a addon
it keeps saying "there are not enough features to track the object from frame 1 to frame 2" when i try to track

You can use move one / move ai to get a mo cap :) currently only 10, 20 , 30 secs
