- Some drivers ask themselves whether installation of a hybrid gas system is possible and economical? In the end, the hybrid itself is an economical car. However, anyone who has already installed the autogas system for the hybrid will confirm that the savings are very real - the assembly cost returns in a very short time and the economy of use is actually doubled. So why not be even more ECOlogistic and by the way not drive even more ECOnomically? Evaluate it yourself.
Vehicle manufacturers such as Vauxhall used to install LPG systems into a certain number of their models as standard up until a few years ago. They don't do it so much these days in order to reduce production costs. It's a shame because LPG is a cleaner fuel and helps towards reducing the rate of petrol consumption. Any reduction in petrol consumption is still beneficial for the environment compared to no reduction at all.
It's all about money there. Environment does not mean anything. Wide using of LPG will significantly lower the tax income. It's just not interesting for the goverments.

In the video it is mentioned that the consumption went down from 5.7 EUR/100 km to 2.7 EUR/100km! How was this number calculated?
The cost of refueling went down. The consumption of money went down.
The basic Pb fuel consumption is about 5 l/100 km. But on autogas installation it is about 4l/100km of LPG and about 0,5-1 l/100 km of Pb.

Will a 2012 yaris hybrid 1.5vvt be able to be converted?
Definitely yes. It's almost the same engine as in the Soowa Taxi company. We assembled ZENIT in their cars.

May i ask, where would the lpg tank be positioned in a mild hybrid with a 48v battery? Would i be losing a lot of storage? Asking about a hyundai i30 fastback hybrid.

We have checked in out export department your country. Unfortunately we don't have a distributor in Portugal. But what is for sure - it is worth to drive on cheaper and more ECO fuel like GLP.

How does it work with switching....electric,petrol,lpg or direct from electric to lpg?
When warming up - is using petrol. After that is using LPG.

@@Shaylesety The gas computer and the petrol computer do not allow such a situation. Such things happened in first and second generation systems, because there were not so many safeguards. In today's multi-point systems only ignoring by the driver: all symptoms of the system malfunction and its failure, as well as incorrect engine operation, could lead to such a situation. @@ZENITAutogas In Germany, LPG is about 67 cents per liter, and gasoline is 140 cents per liter. Pure gasoline is 4L/100 Km vs LPG 140 cents +8*67 cents, LPG system cost more than pure gasoline. So, it does not make sense for Germans to do conversion. Probably makes sense for Italian or Rusian that has much cheaper LPG price.
Thank you for sharing specific prices of fuels on our channel. It is a pity that LPG fuel costs as much, as you write. Of course not in every country it is cost effective as in others like Poland for example. In fact is more ECO, but we are conscious that for many the daily price of refueling is the most important.

This error may indicate a worn/damaged catalytic converter. This is very likely if the car has the right mileage (around 200,000 km or more), or you need to check the installation settings.

Current km stood approx. 90,000 km. Converted to gas with approx. 60,000 km, the error has been on since 63,000 km
If the error also occurs while driving on petrol, you need to look for the cause in the car.
