Presents very well. It's always enjoyable to watch your videos too -with my critical eye, and having designed and built a couple of places- I find I often 'redesign' as you do your walk-throughs! Move-in ready as is, but, for me, at 7:33, I'd have wrapped that counter around on the back wall of the kitchen then changed that window into a door (one of those Dutch half-doors) to get access to the deck, as personally I'd find it annoying to not have access to that small deck from the kitchen...what you lose in counter space you make up for in convenience. I know that's two doors close together, but, why not? And I'd lose that gravel area at 9:29 by expanding that garden into it, I love all those grasses (Brits and their pea gravel everywhere, I don't get it!) The blue edge on the metal ceiling lights is a subtle and visually attractive touch, I think I'll add that to my white ceiling lights.

With a little work it could but yes it lends itself to a holiday/weekend home. It’s now sold and the new owner intends on letting as an air BnB
