Then check Revenger’s shack and if Edgar still doesn’t invade check back at his other possible locations (Castle Morne and Near Irina). There are people being able to do Milicent's quest after the fire giant and correcting the frenzy ending. Can you look onto how exactly that can be done? I'm trying myself and will comment again.
Just confirmed, you can do Milicent's quest independant of the story progression, and you can revert this ending after the fire giant and before the last boss
Edgar didn't spawn for me so i grabbed the 2nd grape, gave it to her at her first request location, then visited castle morne to see edgar disappear, then i warped back to shack, and he invaded a few seconds later
Finished Irina's questiline. Saw Edgar by her body. I accidently hit him with my sword. He didn't aggro. He does not invade at Revenger's shack. He's also not by Irina or Castle Mourne. I already have the sword from long ago. I'm almost at the end game now, and still nothing. Can't progress Irina past the second grape. Church of Vows doesn't let me Atone either.
In the lore, vyke was the single closest being to becoming elden lord before you. However after being denied entry into the erdtree, he also went on the path to the mountaintops of the giants to burn the erdtree. However shibari tempted him with the idea to save his maidens life and make his own flesh tinder, so he persued the three fingers to save his maiden. However with no frenzy flame fingermaiden, he wasn’t aware he was required to strip down to receive the grace of the three fingers, thus scorching his armour and not properly inheriting the flame. As such he was unable to use his flesh as tinder, and eventually succumbed to madness after having no way to cure himself and no maiden anymore. Vyke is the man on the front cover of elden ring and is definitely one of the most unknown yet interesting characters
I think this is a symptom of something not working well at a different scale. In old souls games, especially DS1 since it’s so interconnected, this way of quest management and discovery worked. But because of the size and open world nature of ER the old quest format feels especially convoluted and more menial. Just like the old summon system.
10:20 if there’s a seal that says “sealed by Margott the grace given” door then all you have to do is kill Margott the omen king. Just incase if someone needs this 👍

11:14 if you are having troubles with this specific coffin, there is a much easier way to make the jump: Simply turn your back on the coffin you want to jump to and press the dodge button to perform a back-step. The character will perfectly land on the coffin with 0 difficulty.

Would be cool if Hyetta starts showing up to turn your runes to strength after Melina leaves you. She’s your maiden now and everytime you place your hand in hers to level up she’s like “hey do you have anymore grapes btw?!” Lol
It was all orchestrated by shabriri Edit: shabriri can possess dead bodies. He was controlling irina/hyetta because she was dead (he can possess dead bodies). Then possessed yura when he was killed by Eleonora. Then he possess's you in the lord of frenzy ending because you die in front of marikas head, it's why in the ending you only have a body and your head is that sun thing. Plus your character never moves and dances like in the ending. You died.
iT would have been helpful to mention that the chamber just after beating Mogh is sealed off by Morgot The Grace Given and you basically have to take down a demi-god to advance this quest line. That is a fairly big omission considering you likely wont have encountered Morgott before this quest.

Needing fucking grapes lol. I’m thinking it has to do with me not talking to The dude at castle Morne. I found his daughter’s dead body , but I haven’t seen him once yet. I’m assuming and hoping he’ll be at the revenger’s shack. I was working my way up the right side of liurnia so I’m gonna try and go back down and to the left to so if he “invades” near that shack. Idk what else I could do other than that.
Fun fact, if you don’t go to a side of Grace after giving her the frenzied flame she slowly starts getting engulfed in flames and after a couple seconds, you get the goodies you would get otherwise it’s not really important but it’s kind of funny
Just wanted to say thanks for the help, simple and straightforward. Also for me, I had already gotten a ending in my playthrough before going though this questline. I was able to get all the incantations and get the frenzied flame with no worries about ruining another ending. So if you just want the incantations and gear from this but don't want the frenzied flame ending, do another ending first then come back here. You can refuse the frenzied flame ending by doing the gold needle quest line and getting miquella’s needle as well if you grab the frenzied flame and don’t want that ending.
@@carteranderson3705 no it’s a reusable item it doesn’t ever disappear from your inventory. you can use it when you choose. So once you’ve been branded by the flame so long as you use the item before choosing an ending (even if you beat the final boss and your standing there in front of the ending choices) you just use the item and it removes the frenzied flame.

Vyke doesn't invade me. If you kill all the bosses in the general area, you can't be invaded by NPC's. So keep some bosses in his area alive if you want to finish this quest.
They changed that with the last patch, you should still get invaded by npc’s so long as you use a furcurling finger before entering the area with the invading npc. I had to go back and get rivers of blood after defeating the giant because i didn’t know where it was. You just can’t be in their general area when you activate the fingers. I went from one grace before the invading npc (right where you cross the chain) turned on my fingers and walked to the church and was still invaded even though my fire giant had been dead for days. I did this with the invader by the destined death boss as well.
So just for anyone wondering, I just did the entire quest start to finish, AFTER beating the game, quelling the FF and chossing an ending. (I picked the Perfect order). What I did was I save scummed at the end with the Frenzied flame did that ending, then I reloaded my save went off and did all i had to to quell the FF, then I went back to the fractured Marika did all the other endings, settled with the perfect order ending and after all that was able to do this quest entirely. What I do find interesting is that I quelled the flame, yet at the end of this quest I still get the same dialog from her saying I already have the FF within me. Then I touched her and lit her azz up and finish the quest like normal. Anyway that's my experience with this. Thanks for the video.
Note: The boss called Draconic Tree Sentential is the one who guards Leyndell’s entrance. He’s ridiculously hard and will most of the time one-shot you if you’re low-leveled.
And one of the easiest bosses to cheese, just take him to the cliff on his left side and stance break him, one hit sends him down the cliff and he's dead

I suffered in this game more than any other game in life and this game had me thinking am I wasting my time playing VideoGames games! It’s more than a hour that I am stuck on this part…
11:45 If you accidentally killed the enemy: hit the tent with a big hammer, leave the game and then go back inside. The tent was destroyed when I got back into the game.
You can get the grape at any point of the questline, by reloading at where you killed him. I killed him at Irinas corpse and still got the grape (learnt this the hard way😅)
It's honestly upsetting that after talking with Melina before opening the door you can't outright reject Hyetta and the 3 fingers, just leave them with the quest unfinished and unresolved.

You're welcome, and worst comes to worst you can always go to the proscription area and inherit the frenzied flame on your own. Hyetta's quest just goes along with it nicely and gets you the Frenzied Flame Seal

That’s okay. Just go see if Edgar is at his spot at castle morne and “defeat” him if he is. Then reload the area to get the grape. If Edgar isn’t at castle morne then check back at Irina’s location, then check at Revenger’s shack in Liurnia. You may also need to defeat the Leonine Misbegotten boss near the end of castle Morne. Hope this helps!
Oh. Did you finish his quest by Irina? Try going back to irina’s initial location or Edgar’s initial location and if you find him at either kill him to get the grape. You’ll have to reload the area after killing him to get the grape
@@nomiDV have you Checked if Edgar is at his first location in Castle Morne? If he isn’t go check for him near where you first meet Irina. You can get the grape from him at either location. Just eliminate, reload area, grab grape
To answer your original question, I do not know if any other shabriri grapes unfortunately, I’m willing to bet Edgar is somewhere out there still if he is not invading as the revenger
I was going back to Irina and Edgar’s location after he disappeared when I gave him irinas note. The thing that fixed it for me was beating the boss behind mornes castle who gives you the grafted great sword.
A small thing is that in order for you to open the door u have to be completely naked, including weapons. I didn’t know what was missing and thought i was locked on a certain ending and did the red haird girl with scarlet rot quest and its entirety. Turns out getting naked was the missing part 🙂🙂 good luck yall

Seriously sick of Fromsoft's quest design. I have not seen her since the ruins in Liurnia and was not invaded by Vyke in Frenzied Flame Village either. Currently in Mountaintop of Giants
For the platforming section, there is a Wondrous Physic Flask crystal tear that prevents rune loss on death. I found that ideal for the parkour section because it lasts long enough to get down. I don't think the way down shown in the video is the easiest - I managed it in three non-sprint jumps. I read somewhere that if you forward roll instead of jump it often puts you at the right distance for jumps and that certainly did play out for me in this section for the jumps onto ledges on a lower level. I got the Fingerprint Shield first attempt, only to die to a frenzied guy. Then, of course, I died a dozen times trying to repeat the feat. If you do not like your burned look after meeting the Three Fingers, you can switch it off using the mirror in Fia's room in Roundtable Hold.
You don't need to finish Irene's quest to get her to appear at Lake-Facing Cliffs. After you deliver the letter and go back to find her dead (without her father being there to witness) is enough to satisfy her quest start.
Hope this helps I talked to irina received her letter after which I found and killed her father to advance the quest. Hyetta did appear and I gave her the 2 shabiri grapes but I couldn’t get her father to invade me for the 3 one. After briefly looking up on YT I found that the 3 one can be found only there 4 being the one from vyke. My advice is to advance through irinas quest properly just to be safe. now here I am in journey 3 just to get this quest done. GL to all hope this helped a bit

The jumps that don't require a running jump you can do as just step offs, works way better than simple jumping for tombstones that are lower and closer.
Wow the deep underground area is so easy to miss. Would never have found it without a guide. First, you have to find that well in the city. Next, you have to think to jump into that open pipe. Then, you have to think to drop in that pit within the pipe, a pit like so many others that you don't usually want to fall in. Finally, you have to think to strike the altar. I mean, talk about a secret location.
I wish I would have seen this guide first. The last walkthrough I watched left out the part about going inside the tunnel to get the fingerprint shield so here I am doing this a second time…
When you are climbing your way down too the frenzied flame, you can spot random NPCs playing the same instrument as the merchants. So I'm almost certain all of the corpses we see on the way down are Merchants who were sacrificed to the Frenzied Flame

What I did was I save scummed at the end with the Frenzied flame did that ending, then I reloaded my save went off and did all i had to to quell the FF, then I went back to the fractured Marika did all the other endings, settled with the perfect order ending and after all that was able to do this quest entirely. What I do find interesting is that I quelled the flame, yet at the end of this quest I still get the same dialog from her saying I already have the FF within me. Then I touched her and lit her azz up and finish the quest like normal. Anyway that's my experience with this. Thanks for the video.
Note: The boss called Draconic Tree Sentential is the one who guards Leyndell’s entrance. He’s ridiculously hard and will most of the time one-shot you if you’re low-leveled.
And one of the easiest bosses to cheese, just take him to the cliff on his left side and stance break him, one hit sends him down the cliff and he's dead

11:45 If you accidentally killed the enemy: hit the tent with a big hammer, leave the game and then go back inside. The tent was destroyed when I got back into the game.

You can get the grape at any point of the questline, by reloading at where you killed him. I killed him at Irinas corpse and still got the grape (learnt this the hard way😅)

It's honestly upsetting that after talking with Melina before opening the door you can't outright reject Hyetta and the 3 fingers, just leave them with the quest unfinished and unresolved.

You're welcome, and worst comes to worst you can always go to the proscription area and inherit the frenzied flame on your own. Hyetta's quest just goes along with it nicely and gets you the Frenzied Flame Seal

In my experience you can't get down to where you went without killing Morgott. It's locked off.
This is true. I went down here, found the way was blocked, and had to come back later.

You only have to start the letter quest for hyetta to spawn at lake cliffs. But it is best to run thru the peninsula stuff for the edgar grape

That’s okay. Just go see if Edgar is at his spot at castle morne and “defeat” him if he is. Then reload the area to get the grape.
If Edgar isn’t at castle morne then check back at Irina’s location, then check at Revenger’s shack in Liurnia.
You may also need to defeat the Leonine Misbegotten boss near the end of castle Morne.

Oh. Did you finish his quest by Irina? Try going back to irina’s initial location or Edgar’s initial location and if you find him at either kill him to get the grape. You’ll have to reload the area after killing him to get the grape
I have the same problem edgar is nowhere. I think it's bugged. People say if you first touched the grace in the shack he didnt spawn.
@@nomiDV have you Checked if Edgar is at his first location in Castle Morne? If he isn’t go check for him near where you first meet Irina. You can get the grape from him at either location. Just eliminate, reload area, grab grape
To answer your original question, I do not know if any other shabriri grapes unfortunately, I’m willing to bet Edgar is somewhere out there still if he is not invading as the revenger
I was going back to Irina and Edgar’s location after he disappeared when I gave him irinas note. The thing that fixed it for me was beating the boss behind mornes castle who gives you the grafted great sword.
A small thing is that in order for you to open the door u have to be completely naked, including weapons. I didn’t know what was missing and thought i was locked on a certain ending and did the red haird girl with scarlet rot quest and its entirety. Turns out getting naked was the missing part 🙂🙂 good luck yall

Currently watching this on a Wednesday... A year later you caught me off guard with that
For the platforming section, there is a Wondrous Physic Flask crystal tear that prevents rune loss on death. I found that ideal for the parkour section because it lasts long enough to get down. I don't think the way down shown in the video is the easiest - I managed it in three non-sprint jumps. I read somewhere that if you forward roll instead of jump it often puts you at the right distance for jumps and that certainly did play out for me in this section for the jumps onto ledges on a lower level. I got the Fingerprint Shield first attempt, only to die to a frenzied guy. Then, of course, I died a dozen times trying to repeat the feat.
If you do not like your burned look after meeting the Three Fingers, you can switch it off using the mirror in Fia's room in Roundtable Hold.
You don't need to finish Irene's quest to get her to appear at Lake-Facing Cliffs. After you deliver the letter and go back to find her dead (without her father being there to witness) is enough to satisfy her quest start.
I went back to see if he was still there so I could get the shabriri grape but he wasn’t I won’t miss the quest if I miss one grape ?
Hope this helps I talked to irina received her letter after which I found and killed her father to advance the quest.
Hyetta did appear and I gave her the 2 shabiri grapes but I couldn’t get her father to invade me for the 3 one.
After briefly looking up on YT I found that the 3 one can be found only there 4 being the one from vyke.
My advice is to advance through irinas quest properly just to be safe.

I've progressed past Rykard without giving Hyetta a single shabriri grape and I don't know if I can do her quest anymore
The jumps that don't require a running jump you can do as just step offs, works way better than simple jumping for tombstones that are lower and closer.
11:19 I did a dodge roll here and slipped all the way down to the inescapable frenzy item. Luckiest moment of my play through.
Wow the deep underground area is so easy to miss. Would never have found it without a guide. First, you have to find that well in the city. Next, you have to think to jump into that open pipe. Then, you have to think to drop in that pit within the pipe, a pit like so many others that you don't usually want to fall in. Finally, you have to think to strike the altar. I mean, talk about a secret location.
You have been very helpful with my playthroughs, your guide helped with Rannis questline and her ending and the now Frenzied flame ending.

When you are climbing your way down too the frenzied flame, you can spot random NPCs playing the same instrument as the merchants. So I'm almost certain all of the corpses we see on the way down are Merchants who were sacrificed to the Frenzied Flame
I'm surprised a lot of people had trouble on the Parkhurst part. Only took me a few tries without any guides.
