    Great video! I made a similar video at Wrigley but in a little bit of a different style. I love how cinematic all your shots are!

    in the main grandstand, if youre looking for 200 levels i always recommend rows 1-6 to avoid beems in view and still covered from the sun and or rain. If youre doing bleachers, come early get a nice spot and hold your spot with a towel or bag.

      If doing bleachers, how early must one show up to get a good spot?

    • @adamdoncardona
      @adamdoncardona Год назад

      @@jlruiz7634 it will depend on opponent and what day the game is on. I always say at least one hour before gates open be in line if you want front row. if you want a good spot probably 30 or so minutes for gate opens on a average game. good opponent or giveaway for sure 1-to 1.5 hours before. it gets packed quick

    Thanks for this! Finally getting to Wrigley and I want to make the most of it! As a Fenway Faithful, I’m excited to see the second oldest park!
    You didn’t mention the prices of concessions inside, I’m used to absolutely outrageous, wondering what they’re like?

      I don't remember concession prices off hand, I'd assume they're high though. Haha. Thanks for watching!

    Nice video. I would recommend talking a bit about transportation to the game. Public transportation is the way to go to wrigley.

    What’s the earliest you’re allowed to lineup for the bleacher seats

    Hey man great video. I have a question about the bleachers. Do food and drink vendors come down to you like other parts of the stadium or do you have to risk losing your seat to go get something? Planning on going to my first game this year and was just curious.

    • @BlockingThePlate
      @BlockingThePlate  Год назад

      No, I don't remember any vendors in the bleachers. Just coordinate w/someone next to you, they'll hold your spot though. :)

    Big question when I visit Wrigleyville, when Ill be goin will be in sept, is it a little bit cheaper to buy cub merchandise outside from the ballpark 🏟 in actual Wrigleyville then from inside the ballpark ??? Like I want to buy an mlb on the field hat 🧢 would it be cheaper? Great video btw…

    • @BlockingThePlate
      @BlockingThePlate  Год назад +1

      No, not really. There are a handful of shops adjacent to the park, but a lot of their stock is older/generic, or priced pretty close to the park. Best bet is the shirts for sale on the corners, or the actual team shop. Thanks for watching!

    curious whats difference in atmosphere in regards to day/nite games at wrigley???

    • @BlockingThePlate
      @BlockingThePlate  2 года назад

      I think every Cubs fan will tell you that day games are the only way to go, and personally, I love a good day game. But be prepared, it's hot as hell in the bleachers. If it's a day game, I probably wouldn't sit out there again. I'm not made for that! Haha.

    Is the weather in mid April pretty iffy? Looking at bleacher seats

    • @BlockingThePlate
      @BlockingThePlate  Год назад

      Definitely iffy! In terms of lining up, if it's anything like when I was there, you don't need to worry about lining up much earlier than when the gates open. I went in a bit after that and still had zero trouble snagging a spot. I'm there again this April too.

    Do you need vaccination or negative test

    • @BlockingThePlate

      When I was there, neither was required, but I'm not sure if that's changed over the last month.
