      You can see an it factor and "but" ya know comes to mind also.
      I can't put into words what doubt I have about Bijan but it may lean more into injurys than it is inability to start of stay on the field.
      Its a side step dance more than it is a jump cut. Its agilty more than it is acceleration . Its size more than physicalism .atleastism instead of carrying the workload.

    Bijan has scatback lateral agility in a powerback frame, with soft hands and good route running to boot. Dude's going top 15, regardless of positional value.

    • @onekidarmy
      @onekidarmy Год назад +13

      I think that's why the Steelers liked Najee so much, the lateral agility while being huge. the problem is despite it being his only weakness, Bijan has that extra gear Naj doesn't. I don't see Najee breaking off a 60 yard touchdown without breaking a bunch of tackles. Bijan accelerates fast enough to get by safeties.

      IMO the analytical part when it comes to an RB with great vision isn't the problem. Its when plan B and C also get mucked and they gotta make lemonade out of what became of plan A. And Bijan has loads of that on film where given his lackluster O-line run blocking, he has to turn it a 1v1 match up and he'll win out because he'll make some gnarly shifty move on a crazy angle and get another 5 yards for what would've been a short yard stop.

    seeing the tape, I changed my mind, Bijan over Gibs. He is as quick and shifty but much bigger. Lions may pick him up and be as good and quick as Berry Sanders, but much bigger and more breakaway speed. And Lions only had one year with a solid offensive line with Berry.

The market for RBs has come WAY down from even that so I doubt that deal is even still on the table if Saquon now decides he'll take those terms. He's cleary unhappy with the tag and there's quite possibly an impasse now between the two parties that could stretch out for months.

    Hard disagree. RBs live and die by the quality of their o-line, no exception, and Bijan will die behind that Falcons line. At best he will be average. And by all means go ahead and screenshot this so y'all can see how wrong you were in a few years.
