This scene was so good. Great interactions and dialogue. Everyones had a friend in their life who they just know inside out. I really got the feel of that between these 2 characters.
I feel bad for Beck in this scene cuz she was being very nice and calm and was trying to show some patience and understanding and Peach being the toxic person she is jus turns around and attacks Beck! It’s pretty ridiculous how she’s basically throwing a tantrum cuz Beck rightfully called her out for coming on to her and then she had the gall to try to turn it on Beck accusing her of being the instigator. Take some responsibility?! Mayb look in the mirror princess! She’s unfairly gaslighting her all cuz her feelings are very much unrequited and she clearly doesn’t wanna accept that. Sure she’s not a killer like Joe that’s the only good thing she has going for her lol but her twisted obsession and absolute need to possess Beck is jus as incredibly unhealthy as his is.
I couldn't agree more. Despite being an obsessive stalker himself, Joe at least was supportive of Beck's dreams and writing career and only came when she needed him. Whereas Peach set her up to fail with her dream job, always shot down her ideas and tried to make her dependent on her so she can have her as her fuck toy 24/7.

Peach may not have been a full-blown psychotic killer like Joe and Love but she was definitely a controlling, obsessive, unhinged person. Beck was not without her flaws but compared to the three of them she was pure as the driven snow.

Definitely! I always thought Shay Mitchell was the weakest out of all the Liars acting wise. However she was a scene stealer in You, she improved so much. Hope she continues to act more.
Santana was an over the top cartoon character. People IRL don't ever talk the way she did. If i ever heard anyone talking the way Santana does I'd call the nearest mental asylum......while laughing my ass off.
Repressed Homosexuality is such a big theme on this show, Peach, Forty, like when he gave Joe that flower and said to Joe "think of me when you are with her" and Carey in season 3, I would even argue Sherry was

yeah. joe is delusional because he thinks he's the good guy. In beck's eyes he was at first. Peach is toxic af but she didn't deserve to die, joe hides his insecurities well even if he is a murder, he's quiet and doesn't treat people like peach does. So from his narcissistic POV he is protecting beck from her. Even if he's wrong.
Yeah at first some of his epic words and thoughts seem so powerful and real, but when you take a step back and look at the entire show you realize it's mostly nonsense.
The same as Beck. Maybe Joe was wrong, maybe Beck did deserve all that trashy and toxic people around her because she's always trying to drag them towards her, Beck ALWAYS attracts negative attention because that's what she wants.

Yeah I feel bad for Beck in this scene too. But I do think this scene has a good and accurate depiction of gaslighting.
