You are absolutely correct except there’s one thing Penny is a lot younger than the guys because according to a flashback around the time that Sheldon met Leonard and the gang when Leonard moved in, Penny mentioned that she was still in high school at the time they were in college

I mean Penny's mother Susan played by Katey Sagal looks damn good for someone who was 62 when she appeared in the 10th season. Katey Sagal who will always be Peggy Bundy to me was born in 1954 which makes her 70 in 2024!
