That woman has (or had?) a pretty typical set of diseases for elderly respiratory patients. Mike should spend a day in my workplace as a medical oxygen supplier. He'll laugh so hard at the patients he'll need a few puffs of the oxygen himself to survive the day.

Mike uncontrollably laughing at the Christmas episode is one of the best. You gotta include Rich's Action:USA exploding car rant and Jay's tears at Top Slots. And the Christmas episode where Rich leaves hurt from laughing at the tequila jokes!
You forgot the time in Showdown when Rich lost his mind and set his record longest laugh when Low Blow stopped chasing the bad guy to go ask where he was only to immediately go back to the same place he was just chasing him 😂

I think RLM is the best YT channel. how they've only still got under 2 million subs is crazy to me, especially when their videos get more views than that
It really is crazy in a way; occasionally I stumble upon some channel that makes 5-minute comedy sketches, where the premise IS the joke basically, and there's no twist, no surprise, no creative line that catches you off-guard, yet they have more subs than RLM somehow. I think people just don't have the patience to watch anything longer than 20 minutes from a channel they don't already know and love...
Rlm does have a habit of making weird intentionally confusing videos that only long-time followers will understand. Their low sub number seems pretty much by design
My favorite brain cracking moment is when Shoji Tabuchi finally made his appearance. The moment Shoji started singing, Mike points at Rich, makes eye contact with him and then Rich immediately cuts loose like a possesed squeaky toy.
I know a lot of people love Rich's laugh. I usually find it annoying. But i get pure joy from watching Mike completely lose himself in a moment of laughter.
