@@Neon1880 it’s because wildcard comps are not about choosing the best songs and the most unique pieces of music that can stand on its own outside of the comp. It’s about finding songs that tick the most boxes and have the best wildcard type structure even if it doesn’t complement the song idea and sound generic af. Epos and Josh O are great examples of this, their wildcards are not great as a songs, not super memorable and they don’t do anything interesting or experimental in terms of genre, but they tick a lot of boxes and have the most “generic” sounding wildcard type of structure If you hear song that does this structure: intro - sound design intro - Singing/rapping/showmanship section - buildup - 1st drop that is build on the SD intro section - drop down - 2nd buildup - final drop that changes style into more bass oriented/harder drop you know it’s going to get points because this is what loop judges want except inkie tho, who actually cares about inovation.

With robin there wasn't a moment where I was like "oh wow!" His wildcard was beautiful overall, but I can't understand the official top 3. Lile you can see in kristofs streams his mix is pbly top five, technical lvl is high and the product value is insane. Then musicality: Disregarding personal taste (what you have to as judge) its very musical, singing, melodic, rapping etc.. Nice atmosphere and a development through the whole routine. Last objective criteria: Originality. I dont think have to tell yall its soo original.. Smartly playing out his standing in the scene in the rap part, the video, the drop etc etc.. Very high points. Then he takes the extra effort bonus for the video.. I ranked all the wildcards myself to like four times i think. Before using the criteria I also had him fifth or sth, but every time I ranked with the criteria he was first and it wasnt even close except of dice. Most loopers in the scene agree with them being clear top two. I'm really interested in the arguments of you why he shouldnt be number One.. And the explanation who YOU are to judge him in such a toxic way. This community doesnt need such communication and neither people communicating like that.

It’s about finding songs that tick the most boxes and have the best wildcard type structure even if it doesn’t complement the song idea and sound generic af.
