Hey bro, in order to get a full understanding of this brother's tremendous weight loss, can you please provide his height so that we can put it in the proper prospective. P.S. Your height would also be very helpful. Peace and Blessings.
My most traumatic experience of being fat is being told i couldn’t ride a rollercoaster, I’m down 40lbs now at 318. I’ll see you guys in 4 weeks for an update!!
same here man and it was my senior night out so that stuff was embarrassing. I went from 315 to 208. Haven't been to a 6ix flags again yet still kinda nervous don't know why
Doing the early mornings all this week because of Christmas. I definitely don't feel as efficient as I do when I workout in the evenings.. once a week from now on if I can help it.
I felt this whole video. As some one who gained hella weight in my 20’s and 30’s then dropped 180 on Keto only to gain a good chunk back after falling off due to life changes, I get the suffering of the sweatpants and hoodies. I realize the necessity to track my intake and hold myself accountable and am dealing with getting back to my healthy weight again the right way. Exercise has never been my problem it’s always been about what I shove in my mouth.
Good for him he looks amazing! looks like a totally different person. Love these episodes of real ppl. that understands the struggle, and have found the answers to becoming a better version of themselves.

The anxiety was constant all day just waves. I would wake up during the night before of the can't anxiety. In the 5 months I lost 65 lbs really 65 lbs in 5 months. I'm at 199 lbs now. Holding it there I'm doing keto on and off. I'm getting a GYM membership today. Weight lifting is going to be a problem. My right wrist has problems with holding without hitting on a nerve with shooting pain and gives out. I weigh less than I did in highschool in 1979. Lol
Wow!!! I’m not one to comment on people’s content, however this was such an educational and inspiring show! Not only did you have an amazing guest, but I learned so much. Finally, to consistently move and keep track of my movement. I just appreciate the education and the down to earth conversations you have which make your videos so uplifting to watch. Many blessing to you and those you teach on your journey!

Then my last two years major depression along with drinking alcohol almost daily. I'm now 240lbs, but cause of drinking I have a huge beer belly that I'm embarrassed to show in public. Life hits different when you made all three body types less than a decade. But after putting the bottle down and turning the porn off I'm doing a lot better. Thanks for the weekly inspiration my guy!
I appreciate you sharing this story, I've experienced the same that this guy is sharing about except I'm at my highest weight ever. I live a very fast paced and stressful work life working a ton of hours and need to figure something out. I've tried the low carb diet in the past and it has worked, but the weight always comes back. Thanks again for sharing, take care

Can't get fat on fast food in Norway unless you trying to do so. The fast food needs to get approval from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority before it's sold/ their chain is allowed to open (because of what the food contains). Congrats on the weight lost. I been doing high Protein and modern fats (Fats that come from meat like example 80/20 hamburger meat) “carnivore diet” for 10 years. I don’t eat sugar or Carbs. I do believe it is sustainable. I don’t consider it a diet, I consider it a lifestyle. I am 6’4 220 at 15-18% body fat. It is an unpopular opinion but I do believe that not all food are created equal. I do not agree 1500 calories of pop tart is the same as 1500 calories of meat. Your body breaks it down and uses it differently. This is what works for me.
Healthy carbs kale, spinach, turnips, cucumbers, flax seed, chia seed and a host of other things like pears, grapefruit, apples...can easily kick you out of ketosis if you consume them. This is why I wasn't personally able to stay with keto. However, I am still low carb 50-75 grams a day (healthy carbs) and I achieve ketosis through intermittent fasting and occasionally omad... It has to be qualitative. 1500 calories worth of frosted flakes versus 1500 calories versus spinach, kale, salmon, nuts will hit your body differently. At least...that's my own experience.. Example ppl if your daily intake on calories is 2400 calories and you want to lose weight or cutting weight to get lean then just subtract 500 from that 2400 then Boom there you go and that 2400 number was an example
Yo i loss like 80 pounds in the last year 2 years and maintained between 215 and 230 ... thats great for me but im ready to make that 205 to 225 how can I do that?
