landing robin's up b took a long time actually, like man that was tedious. then moving on to his final smash spike after (which isn't even that bad to land but I HATE THAT CUSTOM STAGE SO MUCH) was stressful lol.

This is actually really interesting with your custom stage. I wonder if all the spike final smashes will always kill at zero.
I'm sure some that drag like Cloud's kill at 0, but some that just smack them from above I'm not 100% on. Maybe you'll still kill at 0,though.
It’s not possible for ridleys to kill at 0 since to kill they have to be at 100% or higher after the blast.
Edit: I just realized it might work since after the blast it slightly launches at a downwards angle

As a Robin main I can confirm the Elwind spike is easier to hit completely by accident than on purpose.
Also you could have totally spiked the falcon the first time because footstool -> elwind spike is a confirm

You know, the first hits of Bowser Jr’s down air actually do “spike” per say? They bring your opponent down but since it’s a multi hit move AND since the last hit doesn’t send the opponent down, it’s impossible to spike and therefore, doesn’t count as a real spike but I thought I’d mention it.

Oh, btw, King K Rool has 3 spikes for next video, back air, down air, and a frame of up smash. Oh, and Dedede Fsmash also spikes at a certain part, although it only has knock back with no damage, and might even be fixed knockback, but still spikes and counts as a hitbox

Spiking with that is the same deal as Cloud final smash. Just make sure you're at a stock lead and that you're inches away from the bottom blast zone
@@premonitiative the problem is getting the opponent to the blast zone. Pyra’s up B is a piss poor spike that has a fixed launching angle meaning the higher the percent won’t mean anything. He’d have to be very lucky like if someone air dodged after he hit them or just couldn’t recover.
@@josephtpg7329 I'm aware. I've actually landed it a fair amount of times before, it's not dissimilar to cloud or chrom's up b spike. It's just incredibly weak and you have to be really far down. Either way it's going to be hell for Nick.

I wouldn’t count this as a spike since it has no spike sound effect, but if you want you can try to hit Kazuya’s dair drag down hitbox. Hitting it without hitting the main part of the move is insanely hard, might be the hardest “spike” to hit
