your hair looks like that because the low graphics preset disables the shine on hair. you can have almost identical fps by setting the general graphics preset to medium and keeping all your other settings the same as you had before.

Why they didnt make kiriko the free skin so fucking katara could be included in the main gang and not a side character (and i love suki but come on) is so frustrating. Theyre both epic skins, mei should have been in this bundle and not kiriko ugh....
