I actually had just searched for coffee recipes yesterday...Tried the Cafe mocha today...I don't know what went wrong but didn't taste really good...but the Cappuccino and the Cafe latter turned out to be amazing!!!
This video came just at the right time 🙈 I was craving for something good and then I saw this video and decides to make Cafe mocha... I've tried this for the first time and trust me I wasn't able to put it back at the table after taking a sip 🤤🤤🤤 delicious and so refreshing... Thank you so much Shivesh.. You made my day ❤
Ok.. So I tried the cafe Mocha for my hubby. It turned out awesome. Only one tiny thing... The caffeine was a bit too strong for his taste.... But I guess that's how cafe Mocha's gotta be... Thankyou Shivesh!!!!

Hi Shivesh! Mocha coffee is my favourite. I tried your recipe and I am amazed that ghar pe itna acha mocha bana! ❤ And God bless you for providing measurements in grams and ml as well. It was so convenient to just put a cup on the measuring scale and make my coffee without taking out any measuring cups and spoons! A suggestion: 250ml milk is wayy too much milk for someone who loves the zehreela dark coffee taste in their mouth (e.g., me). So I am going to make this again with 200ml milk. Or maybe 180ml. What do you think? 😊

Pro tip: Place the milk in the freezer and let it semi solidify and then make cold coffee. Also we don't have to add ice. It's thicker as we get in cafe without adding ice- cream or anything. Try and thank me later! 😌

Just a quick tip: Don't ever boil instant coffee powder. It leads to over-extraction and bad for the delicate flavor compounds that give it richness!
But I love the taste. Maybe it has to do with preference.
