This nice.hope to try this recipe. thanks for i
Thank you so much for the detailed recipe. I tried just like you did, but mine did not thicken like yours. Perhaps my fire was way too low. I cooked for 45 minutes constantly stirring? Maybe I needed more sugar? I did half the recipe, 2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar, but the thickness did not change that much? Thank you so much.
Thank you for sharing. But which type of a cup.
Hi ,can you use brown sugar?
Can I use brown sugar or acing sugar instead of white sugar
Look ing good nice 👍
I have never succeeded at this but will try your method!
Thanks for sharing , by the way what's the purpose of adding baking soda ?
Baking soda thickens the mixture and gives it creamy texture
It’s a chemical reactions that acts as something to hold it together.
can i use brown sugar
I noticed mine gets really small crystals after its cooled in the fritch. Is that the sugar crystalizing? How can i prevent that to keep the smooth consistency
I would say yes. Mine did this as well but for my sugar syrup. And the only way I’ve learned was to cook on a lower heat. Let it come up to a boil but reduce after that so it kinda simmers and thickens slowly instead of super fast.
Can i use soya milk ?
Can I use baking powder instead of baking soda
I did add 3 pinchs if youre using baking powder
Is it baking powder or baking soda?
Baking soda.
Ma pls what type of milk is this
Can I preserve this without refrigerating?
Its basically just sugar as long as you keep it in a closed jar i think it'll be alright
I love your intro and this video!! 😍😍
Thanks 🙏
Thanks please can l use pick milk or cow milk or which milk is good for it
Do you mean peak milk? That's evaporated milk. Yeah, it probably also works. Yours'll just be on the thicker side.
Is it whole milk or which one
Any milk
weldone
Thanks sis.
I don't understand what you add after milk and sugar, you said Butter, now baking powder..
She said if you don't have whole milk then you can consider adding a tablespoon of butter.
At what point do you add butter? Thanks.
