    Bake Off Series 4 brought us one of the most dramatic scandals in British television history: the case of the stolen custard. It was no trifling matter as the unfortunate accident left Howard in a sticky situation, while Deborah had to be taken into custard-y.

      Fighting in shows is for lower level TV like reality shows and other cesspools of humanity.

      @nextnash14 2 года назад +11

      In the US version he’d be searching for his custard to the sound of violins and drums. He can’t find it. His search now turns to a scramble as the music intensifies. “I can’t find my custard!” He exclaims. Cue to a closeup of the face of the woman cooking in front of him. “Oh no! I must have taken your custard. I’m so sorry!” That sentence gets edited down to “I took your custard!” The violins now tail off to a massive crescendo as a close up of the man’s distraught face is shown while the lady laughs a laugh edited in from a previous week. Cue a screeching sound effect, followed by 10 minutes of adverts.

      Exactly, why admit to a crime when you intend to get away with it? If she wanted to do this, she would of stayed quiet. She would not have said a thing. She would of let Howard or the judges find out himself, or keep it a secret forever. She obviously forgot which fridge she put her custard in and guessed wrong when getting it out. An honest mistake to make.
