Ren Diaries: Week 6 sees 2x Photoshoots & a Workshop!

- In Puppy Diaries this week we head to the Guild of Photographers, complete a forest shoot and another studio photoshoot too, plus reinforce our retreive and recalls out and about. Inside this "week" we also lost Grandpa FinnFinn, so there's less from me towards the end as Dan went out with Ren to clear his head instead ❤️
🚨 PLEASE watch Week 1, you must know the foundations, our ethos, AND why you should not get this breed of dog, especially if you are not committed to (or enjoy!) daily training sessions for the next 15 years, management of behaviours, have at least one "job" for the dog to do. She is very fun but in the wrong hands you can definitely see why they can become a handful
I train dogs and one very sad truth is when people get more dog then they can handle. @@ThatPhotographySpot
I got the puppy fiver!!! I can't wait to have my first puppy! But for now, I can't with my 2 old dogs that don't rally like puppy ahaha
It is hard not to get puppy fever when you see one 🙈 but that is a very sensible decision 😊
Hi Jess, do you have a video on removing the colour reflection from the backdrop on the floor? I remember I watched it a while ago, but I couldn't find it anymore going through all the videos. Just did my first backdrop photo today. your video taught me a lot. Thank you very much.

I think the example was in last weeks but I could be wrong! It’s for fine positioning of stands on location like one foot forwards kinda thing. And it’s fab for focus and engagement too!
How do you do all this type of training with a small dog?
Most starts from the floor, heel work basics involves lots of bending over, but you can switch to a long spoon with paste on later 👌
