This is one of the Best times of your life. Study but have a good time. The Prom will be on your Horzion. Just be yourself, You Will Have The Pick of the liter of girls. LOL Two mules are much better than one. I hope he got all the bugs fixed.😊
'I'm a sophomore, I just finished my sophomore year' - that makes you a junior! Congratulations, hopefully the next two years will be fun and educational. It will be over before you know it so make it the best!
You could probably teach a course in Dairy Science already haha. Soil science which is now being titled under biogeochemistry at a lot of schools and may be important in the future as this is essentially where everything starts. If the soil is not healthy nothing else really matters. I think to qualify as a soil scientist with the USDA NRCS now you need 15 hours of soil classes in specific categories and 3 credit hours in crop sciences. A lot of agricultural schools put out research papers by their department so this is a good way to find one which may fit what you are interested in. Right now probably UC Davis, Iowa St, and Wisconsin Madison are popular although I think the department head for Agronomy at Iowa St, who did a lot of nationally known research in plant breeding and genetics, recently retired.
Hey Landon. Just wanted to let you know I received the maple syrup I ordered. I had never tasted real maple syrup. It is amazing on hot buttered pancakes! I will definitely be reordering. Thanks buddy. Awesome video by the way. Looking forward to your next posting.🙂
Landon, thanks for the video. Do you have may rocks in the fields in your area? I noticed some of your collegue farmers in other areas seem to have to cope with quite a lot of them. Stay healthy and safe. Let's hope this year will generate a good crop.
@@payoungdairyman2910 Thanks for your reply Landon. Again, based on what you know, what would be your top three college choices for agribusiness and/or agronomy?
Great to see you're able to get back out into the fields and also nice to see the drone shots again. The weather is definitely warming up that's for sure. Enjoyed the video landed. Thank you 👍

Hi Landon. Love the video.
Looks like a nice day in Columbia Crossroads, Pa. That disc does a good job. Did ya spin any in the wet areas ?
I did not spin much, just pick the disk up a little bit when I go through the spots.

Some fields have more rocks than others. Really depends on the soil type and field location. The fields I was in didn’t have many rocks.
👍👍❤🌾
i am a subscriber and always give a like BUT the background music was like scrapping nails on a chalkboard!
Thanks for the feedback. I don’t have much music to choose from due to copyright but I will pick something different next time!
If you’re going to stay a farmer, an agricultural degree would be of great benefit.

Based on what you know today, after you graduate high school, what do you believe you will study in college?
Right now I am looking at agribusiness and/or agronomy.
Look south, we 💘 our Hokies! Great video, and you have a bright future because you know what WORK IS! 👍👍
@@payoungdairyman2910 Thanks for your reply Landon. Again, based on what you know, what would be your top three college choices for agribusiness and/or agronomy?
Right now my top ones are Penn State, SUNY Cobleskill, and Iowa State.
@@payoungdairyman2910 Does SUNY Cobleskill or Iowa State offer out of state students in state tuition (or significant discounts and/or scholarships)?
