Right on it looks beautiful! Hopefully we'll get to see a demo. I was thinking of the thrust with the ginunting. I think it would do the best because of the angle of your hand and the blade. I don't know just a thought I had.
When I practice kali I wear my tactical sunglasses on my manbun and wear my tactical tank top tucked into my tactical camo cargo shorts and have a tactical belt on.

ginunting and talibung swords both were very useful in close quarters combat especially in the jungles of basilan and the sulu archipelago in which philippine marines battling abu sayyaf militants and other moro rebels...

Why does it cost about $1500? What is it made out of that makes it worth so much? I mean seriously...is it just the name brand because a special master made it of PKT or what? What makes this blade better than buying from Traditional Filipino Weapons or Kalahi Custom Blades?

The prices you're asking for a ginunting is questionable: $1000.00 US? You realize I can get myself two Glocks for that price, or maybe an American made AKM and a case of 7.62 x 39mm ammo? Please explain yourselves. Okay, forget the guns, for that amount of money I could get 2 top end Tomahawks from RMJ.
