It's interesting you mention it, because I'm braziliand and have lived in Heidelberg, Germany for a year. Public transport there is outstanding. People still had cars, not loads of them, but they still had them. A 1 level parking lot on the underground should probably suffice the danes, I suppose, but no parking space at all seems extreme.
Pleasantly the Best Thinking for this type and Magnitude Project like this. The Architect is also a Great Explainer more like of Jean Nouvel to me , he really communicated and conveyed very well the Senses and Logia of the Project . Godspeed. - RTZ ARCHITECT
Thats a very American comment. City dwellers in cities like copenhagen and other dense European cities, often don't have cars. navigating major cities is often faster on a bike. In fact many of these cities actually ban cars in the cbd's. High density allows for cost effective and efficient public transport which also helps eleviate this problem. Sure some of the people living here might have cars, but it's not nearly as much of a consideration as most US cities. It's definately not an oversight
What language is this, he sounds like a deaf person just learned how to speak, Like my breathing patterns are even trying to catch up with what he's saying
BIG's diagrams are so great. It makes it seems like no other building would be possible for that space and program.
Masterclass in presentation.
