If my case is already completed ( I mean my administrative processing is completed) but my case not current per visa bulletin.. When my case be current Should I file lawsuit? or send my passport directly to the embassy? Because the embassy told me that when your case is be CURRENT per visabulletin, send your passport and renew the medical examination

@kathleenschannel2005 I received 2 emails from them at same time . 1/ processing completed and send your passport. 2/ your case not current per visa bulletin now , follow the visa bulletin when your priority date is current send your passport and renewal medical examination.
