    I just drank a gallon in two days. The tingling feeling in my fingers and toes has gone away. I expected it to get worse because of the sugar, but it got better. It also seemed to de-constipate me. Amazed.

      @@TheBiblicalNutritionist I drank it because I usually drink soda, bought a gallon of apple cider juice and couldn't stop drinking it. I realized, this is doing good for me, and then I looked for what the benefits are. I didn't know anyone was suggesting it. It would seem everything you are saying about it being good for the body is true. 👍

    That bottle of apple cider you’re holding up says that it’s pasteurized. Doesn’t pasteurization kill most of the nutrients? I made some recently in my crockpot on low to hopefully retain most of the nutrition. Can I ferment it without making hard cider or vinegar? The term cider has so many meanings that I don’t know if I’m making cider or whole fruit juice…

      Me too! We just picked 8 5-gallon buckets of apples, put them through our old apple press, I left som ed alone as nd put in fridge. The rest I Had to can in order to save through the winter. I heated to 160, and canned 21 quarts and 28 pints. Still has the " gunk" at the bottom and tastes like cider to me🤷‍♀️

    So we picked lots of apples, we used our press to get the cider. I kept some for drinking, but I had to heat it to 160 in order to can it for the winter....so its pasteurized, but yet, you still see all the "gunk" at the bottom. I added absolutely no sugar. Still tastes like cider to me 🤷‍♀️. So what do I calm it, cider or juice?

    I have used Organic Cider vinegar and water every day
    since 2016. Unfortunately I also have inflamed stomach lining
    and Hiatul Hernia. I stopped using ACV in January 2021 because of
    gallbladder pain radiating into my right upper back.
    Organic ACV made my pain much worse.

    • @shelleygiesbrecht4759
      @shelleygiesbrecht4759 3 года назад +3

      I also have a hiatus hernia and over the years have had issues with acid reflux and inflammation. I take digestive enzymes with every meal and that helps immensely, as heartburn and acid reflux are caused by weak acid in the stomach and poor digestion. Make sure to avoid the foods that trigger heartburn and gall bladder pain. I had my gallbladder removed 30 years ago, and dealing with the after effects of that has its own problems. Have you tried doing an extensive liver cleanse? Herbs and foods that support the liver will help with that. Also, I have found that drinking a little bit of unsweetened coconut milk when I have heartburn does wonders!

      Fermented cider is delicious. It turns the sugar to probiotics. I use a small amount of sauerkraut to start it. Because then you don’t get the alcohol. But you get probiotics instead. Save a little after a batch to start another batch without using sauerkraut.
