It's not exactly farmers who cause its. It's when stubble burning air reacts with the urban pollution and many other circumstances altogether. We can't be lazy and simply blame them. Since they only have week to harvest they previous crops and sow the seeds of next ones, they can't wait for it decompose. Farmers have asked government to provide solid solutions but they haven't given any yet. Remember that same pollution hits their states first.

He said pink lung, many lung-related diseases would do localized damage or manifest as other general looks. You can go to a thorax surgeon for removing a tumour, or partial lobectomy, etc.

Oh dude- what should a farmer do? Its not our choice. Rice ain't a native crop to punjab and haryana. It was brought to feed rest of the country. Plus if we leave the stubble as it- the next crop's yeild reduces by 40% ! . If we want to get it collected and sent to an electricity generation plant, they say they are overstocked already. And doing this also reduces the already narrow profit margins. What is the choice??? To change crop? No other crop is bought by FCI . Everything from Tubewells to chemicals was brought by the Centre government under the name of Green Revolution when they needed us . Now that other parts of country are becoming fairly good at food production. all blame goes to punjab and haryana . the centre govt doesn't want to help out with this issue. and this is not in Farmer's hands. That is why penalising farmers was not an option. this was a calm reply indeed if you want to ask something , do ask if you want to argue - i won't reply further

Even if there is no smog we get very dense fog during winter(for more than a month) the visibility will be just as bad as in the video . So our choice is to stop travelling or driving for more than one month or to drive threw fog or smog . Tbh it takes years of experience to drive through smog or fog that driver was cleary not good . I personally use yellow lights and low speed amd always focus on the vehicle infront. Since it was the main highway vehicle tends to be in speed thats why it happened apart from drivers fault .

This co2 comes from plants, it will be reintegrated in the next year plants. There are no net emissions here.

Everything from Tubewells to chemicals was brought by the Centre government under the name of Green Revolution when they needed us . Now that other parts of country are becoming fairly good at food production. all blame goes to punjab and haryana . the centre govt doesn't want to help out with this issue. and this is not in Farmer's hands. That is why penalising farmers was not an option.

Why you guys are opposing privatisation which will guranteed clear all the mess of agriculture sector. Everything is subsidized from Inputs like Fertilizer, Pesticides, Electricity,Water to even storage,logistics, Marketing etc. We need private sector. Every sector of economy has went through transformation and infact done well after that. It has resulted in better efficiency and quality services except one sector.

Even if there is no smog we get very dense fog during winter(for more than a month) the visibility will be just as bad as in the video . So our choice is to stop travelling or driving for more than one month or to drive threw fog or smog . Tbh it takes years of experience to drive through smog or fog that driver was cleary not good . I personally use yellow lights and low speed amd always focus on the vehicle infront.
Since it was the main highway vehicle tends to be in speed thats why it happened apart from drivers fault .
