This video was recommended for me. Half way through I guessed at how many thousand subs you had so far, based off the video quality. I figured around 400,000 subs. 270? Dude keep doing your thing, you've got skills!!!
Wow! I’m speechless, jaw dropped. Thank you so much for such a huge compliment. I’ll definitely keep working at it and producing quality content. Thank you again for the compliment 😊.
They have wearing sensors so they should pause when you remove them from ears, and they should go into power saving mode when they stay out of your ears for the certain time. Everything you can set up in the headphones connect app. Maybe there is something wrong with your model as the other comment suggested. Cheers
You must surely have a defective pair, because the automatic play-pause does exist on the Xm5 and especially you can even program them to go into deep sleep after a while even if they are out of the case.
You could be right. I do see the option in the headphones app and it’s set to automatically power off. However, I’ve literally let it sit for about an hour and it doesn’t power off. I probably reach out to Sony about this and see what they can do.
I haven’t noticed that on my end. But I assume it must be a firmware issue. I have heard of it happening to other people so you’re not alone by a long-shot.
@@williamm003 yeah, that’s why I feel like I picked the right thumbnail for this video. It’s good in a lot of ways but there’s some key areas where it fails and it’s more of a deal breaker than Sony hoped it would be. Almost perfect. 😅.
That’s a good question. I’ve only had experience with 1st gen AirPods, Powerbeats, Bose SoundSport Wireless Beats Fit Pro, and now Sonys XM5 buds. I’ve never tried the pixel buds. Not sure why. Might have to add them to the list. 😏
I'm not touching this. My XM4 broke after 2 years of light use, the battery drains in 15 minutes and this is a very widely reported problem that isn't resolved after months.
I bought them and I tested them and I can say they're overpriced by $150 usd, the galaxy earbuds 2 pro or airpods pro 2 are a better deal. for half the price.
That’s interesting. I do agree that they are overpriced because of the reasons I mentioned in the video. But I can’t comment on the other earbuds because I haven’t tried them. But I did try the original AirPods and they just wouldn’t stay in my ears. To the point where I thought I lost them. I picked up the beats fits pro shortly after and never looked back.

And he's right. Amazing quality video. Keep it up! I subbed
@@dem4xed Thank you for the sub! I hope I make you proud going forward. 🙏🏾😊
Damn I thought the same thing! Very well done video!
@@austinslater4773 Thank you for the compliment!🙏🏾 😊 hopefully I get there soon enough. I love making quality content for you guys.
Awesome video bro!! 🎉

Bro, you can go to the setting and select turn off the music when you didn't use the earbud.
The earbuds have in ear decetion, you have to go into the settings and enable it.
Thanks for the advice and I’ve adjusted the settings but it’s still happening for some odd reason.

Why the right size drain faster than the left?

@_andy_lou I wanted to like these but that's the problem

How do you like them compared to the pixel buds?

Great video!
Thank you!
They seem nice, I’m just not a fan of earbuds for a long time. I always feel like I’m screaming when talking on a call.
Lol I know what you mean. I guess I just got used it over time.

That sucks. Sorry that that happened to your XM4s. I’d be reluctant to buy them as well if that was my experience.
I know what I want for Christmas *cough cough
😂😂😂
Too bold to say that aloud..we know what y'all want 😂😂
Never going to buy a Sony product after what happened with my xm4
