How is this legal? Everyone has a right to freedom and freedom of movement even famous people in the sports, music, movie industry and yes even politicians and royals. THEY DO NOT SIGN AWAY THEIR RIGHTS TO FREEDOM! This is harrassment these photographers are literally restricting her movement. How is it ok for them to be taking photographs of someone who is driving in another car? How is that considered in the public interest? Taking photographs of people relaxing on holiday, driving in a car, entering airport, going to and from gym? Correction this isn't legal why isn't this type of harrassment prosecuted.

It’s sad but if she had been allowed to keep that title, the guards wouldn’t have let her get in a car with a drunk driver that night in Aug 97. But then again, I’m sure Charles would have relented on the HRH thing if she hadn’t called him unfit to rule on national television.
