    梅菜排骨蒸飯
    Steamed rice with pork ribs and pickled vegetables
    Steamed rice, which is convenient and fast to prepare dinner. It is easy and ideal for lunch box preparation.

    梅菜排骨蒸飯
    材料:
    腩排骨半斤(已切粒)
    梅菜一棵
    薑一小舊
    白米2膠嘜
    蔥一條
    辣椒粒適量
    處理:
    1. 排骨,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    2. 梅菜,搣開一條條,清水浸2分鐘,洗乾淨,揸乾水。
    3. 蔥,切粒。
    4. 薑,去皮,切絲。
    5. 梅菜,切碎,放碗內,加入:
    a. 薑絲適量
    b. 糖一茶匙
    撈勻。
    6. 排骨,放碗內,加入調味料:
    a. 紹興酒一湯匙
    b. 蠔油一湯匙
    c. 生抽半湯匙
    d. 胡椒粉適量
    e. 糖一茶匙
    f. 油半湯匙
    撈勻,加入生粉2茶匙,撈勻。
    7. 白米,放碗內,清水洗乾淨,加入適量清水。
    8. 排骨,放在白米上。
    9. 梅菜,放排骨上。
    烹調:
    1. 大火煲滾一鑊水。
    2. 大火蒸梅菜排骨飯25分鐘。
    3. 蒸好。
    4. 梅菜,鋪在飯上。
    5. 灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。
    6. 完成,可享用。
    Steamed rice with pork ribs and pickled vegetables
    Ingredients:
    Pork ribs 0.5 catty (have already diced in cubes)
    Pickled vegetables 1 No.
    Ginger (small) 1 No.
    Plain rice 2 plastic cups
    Green onion 1 No.
    Chili cubes appropriate amount
    Preparation:
    1. Pork ribs, rinse with tap water. Drain.
    2. Pickled vegetables, tear it slice by slice. Soak in tap water for 2 minutes. Rinse with tap water. Squeeze it.
    3. Green onion, dice in cubes.
    4. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded.
    5. Pickled vegetables, chop well. Put in a bowl. Add in:
    a. Shredded ginger appropriate amount
    b. Sugar 1 tsp
    Mix well.
    6. Pork ribs, put in a bowl. Add seasoning:
    a. Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
    b. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp
    d. Pepper appropriate amount
    e. Sugar 1 tsp
    f. Oil 0.5 tbsp
    Mix well. Add in 2 tsp of tapioca starch, mix well.
    7. Plain rice, put in a bowl. Rinse thoroughly. Add in appropriate amount of water.
    8. Pork ribs, put on top of rice.
    9. Pickled vegetables, put on top of pork ribs.
    Steps:
    1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
    2. Steam the rice at high flame for 25 minutes.
    3. Steam well.
    4. The pickled vegetables, put on top of the rice.
    5. Put green onion and chili cubes on top.
    6. Complete. Serve.
