  • WEST EXPRESS Ginga is a special express train operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West).
In addition to regular seats, several types of seating, such as green private rooms, bed seats, compartment seats and women's seats, have been installed to accommodate diverse travel styles, and multiple sections are operated to stimulate demand for travel to various destinations in the West Japan area.
The train name "Ginga" (銀河: galaxy) refers to a cluster of various stars in the wide universe, and the Western Japan area where this train operates is compared to the universe and the attractive regions of the country to the stars, and the train is meant to connect these regions. The name 'Ginga' was used for the sleeping car express trains that operated until 2008, and is being revived for the first time in 12 years.

What a great railway line. I’m creating a diorama based on Japanese railways. This stretch of line has many interesting features. Many thanks for this video.

I think he switched trains. This is not the one shown at the start. A little bit of click bait.
