    I have a crumbl cookie habit right now that I’m managing. One thing that I do during the week is eat as healthy as possible knowing that I’ll be eating those cookies on the weekend.

    Question about soreness
    Been hybrid training for 3 months
    Legs are just sore from the running how do I balance that with a leg day without being sore/gassed for next day

      Do your hard run same day as your leg day strength stuff.
      Upper body day after so legs get a rest. Easy cv day after that
