- It's Showtime!!! I've been getting request to do a walk around on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ Overland Build, so here it is. Below is a list of things I mentioned in the video. I have DB Metalworx quarter panel armor on my ZJ I have to say installing them was a pain in my ass but yes once they are on they are on. We are planning on getting Mountain Vista fabrication quarter panel armor for our WJ build.

Do you do all your own work? Sick jeep. Its a rich mans game to make it dope like yours. Bumpers alone are over 2k. The 4.0 motor is bulletproof.
I do most of it, but a couple things were done at a shop. Jeep life I’d def a money pit haha. This video was done at the 5 year build mark, so lots of saving to buy parts. I absolutely love the 4.0 for how bulletproof it is, but wish I had more power.

My Nicoko RGB sets work great when we overland. But they are only a year old.
The newer sets look like they’re better quality.

It's another black guy like me with long hair and a WJ built for off-roading. Excellent !!!!! I have most of the upgrades you shown except for the pain i have a bad Rhino Liner on the lower body of the Jeep.

Before you go up to 35s, get at least a 160 amp alternator. You will need a good air compressor. A permanently mounted, 100 percent duty cycle. Also for keeping up with the amp draw from lights and winch , and sound s 3Dystem. Even high output factory alternators may not keep up.
You have a good start.
Think of off roading just like racing. If something breaks or doesn't hold up to Washington weather, upgrade.

You paint the suspension parts or ave them powdercoated ? How they holding up ?

Wassss AHHhhppppp lol .... I love your WJ but... the chains are a little too Thug Life for my blood. Other than that.. It's pretty tight.

I considered selling them, but I’m gonna repurpose them. Future video!!! Anything else you need for a WJ??? (2” puck spacers, 4” lift springs, factory tow hitch, HK Off-road front shackle tabs for D rings, spare tire carrier bag)
