love love but i feel like the excess amount of plants in the lower level toke away the feeling of home and its coziness and made it feel like a luxurious resturant with how everything was congested together.

the house looks nice but if you are going in for such luxury then you need to find a way to add a prayer room, gym, sauna/steam and a cinema room! cuz for a house to be called luxurious, there is a list of amenities it needs to include like listed above. Flawless finishing work though!

While the apartment design features lots of light and open space concepts, there may be too many items that distract from the important aspects. Simplifying and decluttering the design can create a more visually appealing environment.
