Love the balcony garden. Few personal preferences, I wd make the wall a white paint because natural light is low and ceiling is low as well. That will open up space, More contrast on furniture and appliances, that make the room fresh.

This is the first time in my enitre adult life to see a house with a top-notch finishing in 'Ethiopia'. Simply WOW! but the price is WHAT!?

Loved every part of it, as a comment it could be better if the flow is from living room, to dinning then kitchen to show the relationship. They are more of public spaces. Then private spaces like bed rooms and bath (as you showed). Overall I like it. I also loved the way you try to integrate the interior and exterior spaces. If needed I will be willing to support you with expressions to make the scene attractive. Keep up!

From what I have seen on my visit, even those that own the type of houses you have shown throw their garbage in the streets except a few enlightened once. It's in prime location. However, the rooms are dark. If you turn the lights on during the day, that's a deal breaker. Second, the rooms are packed with furniture and no place to breathe. If you address the above comments for the next episode, that would be great!
