How refreshing to hear a "leader" actually listening and therefore becoming more effective in an era when generally there are few capable leaders.

Even children can be taught to self reflect and how you observe or take in the world leaders need to facilitate and be a guide on the side rather than a sage on the stage! Leaders need to learn how to coach .Teachers even in elementary settings are asking queastions and challenging strident stocks work together to come up with working answers and synthesizing ideas and applying info to different situations rather than just
Recalling facts or finding information in a reading. But using ideas in a bigger project . More time is used but in effect less is more! By using a small slice of subjects but diving deeper students gather a deeper more complex knowledge of the information and learn valuable information and learn social skills that help them work cooperatively in a team!

Ok, I think it's very true, leaders need to be taught how to coach. And I have learnt new thing, that the environment and demands of work could coach you if you really want to succeed. Good one!
