Meet Our People: Deepa Xavier

Deepa Xavier is global operations manager for our chemical operations (“ChemOps”) team. She’s also one of nine winners of the 2015 Novartis Long Live Life awards, which are given to employees who embody our mission and values. Despite losing a significant amount of her eyesight in 2014, Deepa has been able to resume her previous role with the support of her team and is successfully leading key ChemOps projects once again. Here, she talks about her inspiration, her team, and her favorite role.
