Seeing how mechanics work and how to deal with them is a better way to learn then explanations only true words. You constantly saying 'i cant show you this because i have to much damage' or 'i ignore it because i can tank it' doesnt help with visualising the thing you are talking about
@@martijnschaap9163 most of these slayer bosses are just dps bosses. the longer you take to kill them, the more damage you take. Gear does matter tremendously.
When people say "most popular skill slayer" I wonder if it's meant to be in a sarcastic way that I'm not picking up on. It's very much the weakest skill in the game, the only reason people desire to train it is for the locked drops behind it; Outside of that it's just MMO-Kill quests over and over and over.
i have 80m loot tab from cerberus with less than 300kc. Also, slayer helm boosts your dps which means you are getting passive combat xp. Not to mention, you have the option of killing slayer specific bosses which means you have a better chance at getting a pet.
@@LokiFMdepends on what u want from a skill. i like bossing, so i enjoy the bonus dps and passive combat xp that comes along. if you want pets, gp or trying to finish collection log = slayer. if you like cutting trees and firemaking then its your pick. To be honest, all skills in this game gets repetitive at some point including slayer. Like i have never seen a dude touch firemaking after getting firemaking cape. slayer does tend to be become extremely slow post 90 but the gp you can make beats all the other skills in the game. i also got my kraken pet thanks to slayer

Just a heads up, the spike shortcut in the taverley dungeon is 80 agility not 70.
Fang is also worse than arclight at cerb too
you can also walk under the boss to eat or drink prayer pots. since the boss is huge, it will get stuck and do nothing.
Cerb is over 4m gp/hr when done efficiently, it's just that ~80% of his value is concentrated in uniques. Hydra is also 3-4m+ with dhcb/tbow
Indeed. I just don't like to include uniques in the gp/hr in case people go dry. It's more realistic

You can flinch Cerb by standing under her then clicking the exit before attacking. Its slower but, no mechanics.

I’m pretty sure the % magic damage on Virtus only applies if you’re using ancient spells.
Nope. You get 1% per piece that works for everything. They get the 3% when using Ancients only.

For grotesque guardian there is some instances you need to click the exact safe square if it is a square against a wall so you cant leave.

With bloodbark and blood barrage you can outheal thermy at least, but you're going to be loosing money if you aren't lucky with unique drops.
