I committed the crime of living in an apartment I could just barely afford. I *totally* should have known the white girls across the hall were dealing drugs. And I totally should have known the guy that lived next to the laundry room was TOTALLY a stalker that watched me in my EVERY move, and *I* was the one that had to move out, not him, because he was "mentally insatiable". Same apartment in which I was also raped by someone's guest. There was an extremely simple dead bolt on the door, no slide lock, and the doors into the building weren't locked. But it was all my fault.

I am Canadian dating someone who lives in America and we are currently looking into having one of us immigrate to the others country so that we can settle down together and start a family. He was detained at the border for 6 hours because they weren't sure he was going to leave. I've been questioned to no end about when I'm leaving the country even when I bring the entire itinerary of my leave and return date, and yet some how other people don't have to go through the same process. It's infuriating and honestly does feel quite racist. Why are people coming to the states illegally and with no identification being given more grace then people who are being completely transparent. It's insane....
Immigration today is a slap in the face to anyone who has done it the legal way. All of the people that had to wait months, years, and paid all of the money required, got all of their documentation needed, it’s not an easy process. These people did what was needed, and to treat anyone doing things the right way, being treated like a criminal is a criminal act itself. Then we treat the real criminals like bloody kings and queens. This is upside down world and it’s on purpose. My husband is here on a work visa. We have 2 babies, and have built a life together. We are working on a green card, but it’s a process and a waiting game. We are lucky that his job is understanding and able to sponsor him. There was a lapse with his visa last month, and he went to try to get his drivers license extended until visa was approved, they said no, they will do nothing until it’s approved. It’s just nuts! But keep trying to be with your bf and make your life together, be patient, and hopefully it’ll all work out for you!!! Best of luck!

Currently serving in the Navy and the truth is you get very little gun training unless you specifically want to go down that path of getting those qualifications. I work on missiles with very little interest in guns, so aside from a few handguns I don’t know anything about them. Whereas my friend loves guns and has qualifications in all sorts of guns. So the military doesn’t force you to get in depth training on most weapons.

My god its simple math! We pay taxes to fund our infrastructure, welfare and other services. Taxes are a CONTRACT. The government doesn’t have money. It is agreed that we provide them funds so they can fund projects for us that are greater than one individual (roads, bridges, hospitals, schools, etc..) If you increase the cost by increasing the number of people benefiting from those services and lower the percentage of contributors since they do not pay taxes, then there’s less money being spent back on the people. When illegal immigrants (aka people who shouldn’t even be here) are prioritized by said services and welfare, it means that all the money is spent on that and nothing is left to maintain the rest of the country So yes, it does affect me and everyone else in this country. It means that, as long as more and more people enter illegally, our funds are depleting trying to help them, and less is spent on the rest of the country which slowly deteriorates until the government doesn’t have enough money, prints more, inflation goes up, quality of life goes down, and it’s a vicious circle

This whole debate proved what I thought to be true as a European before watching it. Kamala’s side generally takes everything at face value and on the basis of feelings and seem to have a lack of any type of real struggles in their lives, while Trump’s side tends to research what they read and hear and think more logically and for the people, as they tend to be common working people themselves.
Just look at the UK and the fear and concern they have over knives and swords in schools. Guns were banned, and the same concern for harm was just transferred to edged weapons.

If the government made a LAW that said "guns are now illegal, hand them in" you think CRIMINALS would be like "aw darn guess I gotta give them back now." Because the logical assumption is criminals, who don't listen to the law, would continue to use guns and commit crimes, except now good law-abiding citizens would be left defenseless. Not to mention, citizens having guns is a deterrent to tyranical governments, both foreign and domestic, which is the whole point of the 2nd amendment.

Many Democratic supporters back Harris and Biden’s open-border policies because they haven’t been affected directly. These people prioritize their own interests over the nation’s well-being. As someone who has been personally affected, I believe no one would support illegal immigration, even for asylum seekers, after seeing the consequences of millions entering the country. If they don’t see it now, due to their short sightedness, they will eventually, and at that point it will be too late.

I have lost count of how many election-related videos Jubilee has come out with and I have also had a long standing critique regarding Jubilee's choices in casting.

Currently serving in the Navy and the truth is you get very little gun training unless you specifically want to go down that path of getting those qualifications. I work on missiles with very little interest in guns, so aside from a few handguns I don’t know anything about them. Whereas my friend loves guns and has qualifications in all sorts of guns. So the military doesn’t force you to get in depth training on most weapons.
There's this farside cartoon (which is a comic ) where this lady is walking through the forest, and she's kind of dizzy and dumb. Well she sees a tortoise, and thinking it's a turtle she throws it into a lake where it will drown, as tortoises can't swim. This lady of course doesn't think about this or even care, she's just happy to feel like she is helping cause it makes her feel like a good person. This lady thinks she's being so helpful and compassionate, but blind compassion without knowledge or logic is just lazy virtue signaling, and it's how many of those people on the left are when it comes to their view on the border. On paper, opening the border to more and more people seems like the right thing to do, but as many know it's not that simple, and it's detrimental to our country

My god its simple math!
We pay taxes to fund our infrastructure, welfare and other services. Taxes are a CONTRACT. The government doesn’t have money. It is agreed that we provide them funds so they can fund projects for us that are greater than one individual (roads, bridges, hospitals, schools, etc..)
If you increase the cost by increasing the number of people benefiting from those services and lower the percentage of contributors since they do not pay taxes, then there’s less money being spent back on the people.
When illegal immigrants (aka people who shouldn’t even be here) are prioritized by said services and welfare, it means that all the money is spent on that and nothing is left to maintain the rest of the country
So yes, it does affect me and everyone else in this country. It means that, as long as more and more people enter illegally, our funds are depleting trying to help them, and less is spent on the rest of the country which slowly deteriorates until the government doesn’t have enough money, prints more, inflation goes up, quality of life goes down, and it’s a vicious circle
Crazy to me anyone would want to destroy history. They all get mad at the destruction of history in other countries or from the past but then want to destroy our history. We need the reminders to not do those things again, to not make those mistakes and to better our society. Without history to remind us, we repeat history
People really don't know what 3rd world means. The whole concept was that the 1st world was the United States and its sphere of influence. The 2nd world was the USSR and its sphere of influence. The 3rd world was literally everywhere that wasn't in the 1st or 2nd world. It was about political and cultural alignment not development.
That is what it originally ment yes but the meaning has changed like a thousand other words in human history it is now a subjective way to describe a country that is wealthy developed and has good industry
What's sad is the girl who said she was a veteran clearly knows nothing about weapons or why we have the 2nd amendment. As a veteran myself I'm a little ashamed of her. I think it’s ironic that the Harris supporters tripped when one of the other girls pronounced Kamala’s name incorrectly but then the Veteran on the Harris side also pronounced her name incorrectly. No one said anything because of course I’m sure it wasn’t a malicious mispronunciation lol.
This whole debate proved what I thought to be true as a European before watching it. Kamala’s side generally takes everything at face value and on the basis of feelings and seem to have a lack of any type of real struggles in their lives, while Trump’s side tends to research what they read and hear and think more logically and for the people, as they tend to be common working people themselves.
Just look at the UK and the fear and concern they have over knives and swords in schools. Guns were banned, and the same concern for harm was just transferred to edged weapons.

I’m from Mexico, my mom and aunt have mentioned cheap taco stands sometimes sell dog meat.. I was very surprised! Unfortunately, it is what it is and it’s not completely out of the norm for other countries.
