It is really sad. The more I look into it, the more worried I am for her. From the looks of it, at this point, she just wants to be a full time mom, and with the amount of money she's made over the years she could easily do that. But she has no control over her own life

Look at Jamie Lynn she pushed too. She had show Zoey 101. And two years later at 16, she had a baby.
And Britney married her childhood friend and it was her mother and management team that got it annulled.
I'm glad that her father stepped in and he still has control over hee life.
She never took control of her life she groomed from the days of Disney till now. Thank God she has a relationship with her children. I also heard that Kevin and his wife moved to Vegas so she can see her kids.

She has been cloned she admited it herself and replaced because the Original Britney is unpredictable. She has gone through things you cannot imagine. The music industry is the tip Of the iceburg. She was sold into the music industry as a slave by her parents and is a victim Of mk ultra programming. You Do not know about it look it up. Once again it’s show business either fit our mould and if you have nothing sleep with a bunch of creepy old men or gtfo.
if you think my comments gross then I think you need a reality check. These artists are all ran by record labels and who do you think owns the record labels? Creepy old white men. Who is paying for their producers etc in order to make profits? rich old businessmen.
They’ll build you up and make you think you can do anything you wants but the restrictions will show when you step out of line.. also as soon as you hit 30 they’ll start phasing you out by rejecting single promotion and shelving your album. They do this as they are invested In a new artist that’s stolen or taken “inspiration” from you and they know they’ve squeezed you dry of money so they’ll get a 2.0 get them to sign a deal for 6 million and make hundreds of millions of them meanwhile keeping them under control with the contract.
I’ve been in show business and have seen it all. I’m a MALE and was working to become a model and had been in campaigns as a kid for target. As soon as I turned 18 I got a bunch of offers but in order to get them to sign me to the big designer brands I’d have to basically whore myself out to a bunch of creepy old men. They manipulate you too and sell it as a dream. I remember going to see a very rich man in my city to discuss a contract for walking a major designer runway in my country and he answered the door naked in a robe, then 5 minutes into talking he touched my thigh. That was IT I’d had enough I walked out and I as a 20 year old male now work in retail. I could’ve been huge by now BUT I didn’t fit the mould of whoring myself out. The music industry is much the same either these artists have slept their way ^ or they were talented and signed a contract that gives them no control.
Either FIT the mould completely or GTFO!
Once again it’s sad, but it’s true. But there’s always someone who’s prepared to go further then you. I’ve known straight guys who are still my friends sleep with men to get the big campaigns and one of my other friends went for it and is now doing all sorts of stuff for huuuggeee designer brands in my country. They have the taste for the income and can live with the fact they sleep with old men and that’s ok.. well it’s not ok! It’s unfair but I mean who am I to judge? I don’t blame them, they are doing much better then me financially BUT sometimes you need to do what’s right for U and that’s what I did.
So don’t say my comments gross when you’ve probably never met the big guys in these entertainment industries or even touched the surface of the industry yourself.

The real issue here is her living a fast lifestyle, mixed with lots of smoking, drugs and alcohol consumption. That's enough to ruin anyone's voice. Take Whitney Houston as an example. It seems as if Britney eventually cleaned up her image and changed her lifestyle by sobering up and getting proper mental health treatment, but unfortunately, you can tell her fast life caught up with her. For someone who stays as healthy as she is right now, combined with her age...life doesn't look like it's helped her age well at all.

They mostly forced her to sing in the "baby" to try and make her more distinguishable from Christina who was coming out during the same time. Her voice would have fit perfectly with the pop music. The thing with Britney is that she doesn't seem to take control of her career. From her Disney days, they programmed her to listen to those who manage her. When an artist only listens to management, they cannot truly express themselves. But she is still a great performer, even though her dance moves appear a little lazy nowadays. But still love her!

And even though Christina and Jessica Simpson did their character right in performances and videos, an impressive, powerful voice like theirs doesn't seem like the girl-next-door, but more like a full grown woman, whereas the sweet, breathy baby voice that Mandy Moore and Britney mastered seems more like the girl-next-door type.

i think Britney's voice never had a complete chance to grow properly. singing out of your natural register can cause strain on the vocal chords if not done properly and Britney's voice is a result of that.. she never had a chance to exercise her natural voice and its capabilities since she's been forced to sound a certain way for years.

this makes sense to me, when I sing along to songs I naturally try to match the voice of the singer and since it's not my natural singing voice it cracks a lot, but when I sing to a lower register, like a man's song or say t-boz parts in tlc songs I sound good. I can sing along to any song but to really sound right I have to be on the lower side. Brittney is a very strong person going through what she does with bipolar and controlling people

She's got multi-generational wealth that will last hundreds of years even if her descendants never work a day in their life. Even If you just lived off the annual $21.5 million 10% earnings of her wealth, you'd never lose a dime of that $215. And even most rich people can survive just blowing a few mil per year. Meaning her descendants will never have to work and their wealth will continue to grow most likely. Lots of people get walked over at work for a lot less money and have to do it for 55yrs of working.

+Raster Affandi Euhm, while I would've loved for this to happen a while ago. Now is not the right time, seeing as her vocals have worsened so incredibly much over the years. I mean, compare the ProTools from I'm A Slave 4 U, Break The Ice and Alien to each other. In I'm A Slave 4 U, there were no horrible takes, Britney sang everything and it sounded awesome. In Break the Ice, not all her takes were wonderful, but most takes were on-key, but there was one take which was off-key and there were producers and writers who sang backup. However, the hardest hit was Alien. There are no on-key takes, if you have the takes without any pitch correction whatsoever it sounds dreadful, because you can really hear her struggle with these - quite easy - notes, and on top of that, she doesn't even sing all of the lead vocals. For example, the "Not Alone's" are sung by Myah Marie. So, I think I would've loved this idea quite some time ago, but not right now, at least not before having a lot of vocal lessons..

She wasn't the only one, Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, and Kelly Clarkston can all sing amazingly. They all were great singers before they were noticed by talent scouts, Record Company Exec, etc. Management, not the girls decided how to sound, how to look, how to act. One reason some of them got so messed up was that they were turned into sex objects in order to sell more records. A real shame what happened to those teenage girls.

#FreeBritney. I’m not sure if it’s true, but she was apparently working on an acoustic album in 2006, using her real voice and once they realized what it was, it was shelved. I hope the judge rules in her favor in August.

That’s kind of true. She was working on an album called Original Doll which had some really telling songs about her situation such as “Rebellion” and “Mona Lisa”. I remember she played Rebellion in her car with the top down when the paparazzi followed her. Only a small bit of Rebellion has been released, but you can find the full lyrics online. It’s a genius song with chilling lyrics, more people in the #freebritney movement need to hear it. Here is some more context behind her hidden album ruclips.net/video/fBj1Gxu4ngc/видео.html

I was in chorus at my high school all 4 years as an alto. However, a few years we had a very weak soprano section, and for certain songs, my choral instructor would make me go over to their side. I remember being forced to sing in a higher register would exhaust my vocal cords if he kept me over there the full 2 hours. Having to go back and forth from a falsetto I wasn't super comfortable in when i couldn't naturally hit the notes and my own actual singing voice was so annoying. When my mom heard, she was pissed (she's an all country soprano from her school and college years), went and yelled at him saying he was destroying my voice for his own means. Sad how so many pop stars are forced to do the same thing. Ariana tries to stick that unnatural rasp in her voice all the time, she's going to ruin hers, too.

@@raniam11 I totally agree and I'm a mezzo soprano and singing is my favorite hobby and in my 20s I had teachers wanting to turn me into a soprano or at least a baby voice and they called lower voices "sick" and I was called sick too because I said NO to anything which didn't feel natural to me. I didn't have any vocal damages but more insecurities than before and I felt as if I sang weaker than usual. I even had breakdowns thinking I shouldn't sing at all and then I started to sing Estonian songs as a German who loves northern countries and this one allowed me to be proud of my voice. Since then I don't want a high or popular sound anymore. And I love Britney's real voice too. I've always thought "she's way better than she's allowed to show".

I don't like Britney's soft, breathy, nasal baby-doll voice; it's the kind of voice that most ANY can imitate, including Derrick Barry (a Britney Spears impersonator) and myself. But it's being pushed on the masses, anyhow. Britney can also sing in mezzo soprano in opera [I was SHOCKED when I discovered this] but her label has put her in a box -- as they do many of their artists -- so that we can't see her full potential.
