Yukari don't want Tenshi live together with Reimu so Yukari come to detroy the new rebuild Hakurei shrine and teach Tenshi a lesson too. After Tenshi's plan fail she don't hold back anymore at her story mode gameplay. she beat everyone in no time and everyone realize they powerless again Tenshi

I think her plan was to commit suicide, switched to become a deity at the shrine, Switch to suicide again.
