You can mail order doujin CDs from White Canvas in Akihabara(I picked up my copy of Heart Chain from them a few years ago). They have quite a collection of them upstairs(downstairs is merchandise), but they probably won't have the older stuff(limited quantities get pressed).

@@atarashii a ton is an understatement considering Touhou characters were the first thing go greet me on the internet when I got connected for the first time in Poland, that was in 2008. It was already huge back than thought a lot of content wasn't translated back than it's gigant now.
