    Your insight is always appreciated. Is there any difficulty getting best visual acuity when using advanced monofocal lenses when combined with progressive eyeglasses?

    LAL seems ideal but the cost, need for multiple visits, need for UV blocking glasses for weeks makes it not suitable for everyone including me.
