I remember reading somewhere that Japan usually gets a lot of this albums later than the rest of the world, and with piracy hitting so strong all around the world, one way to secure sales in Japan is putting lot's of bonus features, in this case, bonus tracks, i could be wrong though, i read that some while i ago, but escentially that's why.
@@Fabulousideiumn the production is obviously a bit worse. but i dig the screams during the verses! and hearing the solo in a new mix was a treat. I'd have to say overall i do like the final version a bit more because the singing is way more polished. but this one is definitely added to my playlist haha

From what a friend in Japan told me, it's a standard practice in Japan. If you want to sell your music there, you have to provide something "extra" or "different" from the international release. That is why the bonus content is usually either demos or live recordings.
Vocals and solo better on this one. Recording quality better on album version. This one has a better screaming/singing ratio. At least in my opinion :)

It would be great to have the demo versions of the songs from Time I, but that's unlikely ever to happen
