I feel like one could get a lot of value in a match with the Belch+Covet build. Greedent can be quite fast and stun the enemy a lot

That build is better in this meta. In my experience, it feels like the Covet cooldown is too long. Do you run cooldown reduction emblems or something?
@@Tony_Toni_Tone I use a build emblem that is 6 white 3 black and 4 brown (Ho-Oh, Aerodactyl on whites and Tyranitar on black, leaving one brown for 10). This build is 100% speed focused, to make the most of every Covet use. 😉

Greedent really needs some love from the devs. I mean when was the last time he got anything from the devs other than the bullet seed bug fix?
I would like to see, bullet seed to be toggle on and toggle of, my thumb is hurted when i need to push button on controller :D
Greedent needs some love. Anti-Heal items made the Squirrel struggle even more. Some defenses changes or something else wouldnt be bad.

It's tough to play bullet seed now because Mewtwo is too fast and can easily kite Greedent. This meta is too rough for Greedent.
Maybe the other build is better because it can cc and provide burst damage, but the cooldown feels like an eternity. Greedent absolutely needs love from the developers

I played only this Pokémon when it came out i knew from the start it was gonna be a pretty go slash between defense heals or even damage belch is a menace its so good
when it came out it was super busted with belch

Fr. Why can’t they just make it so that if enemies eat them they get no healing or idk slowing like sabeleye’s fake aoes energy? Having it heal enemy pokemon and eliminate greedent’s whole mechanic when he can’t eat them is just so stupid to me…
@@Frick8375That's interesting buff, but this mecanics is part of Greedent way of play. Baiting enemy pokemon with berry then punishing them is very funny.

I am still thinking Greedent is underating and will defend this defender until my very last breath.
He's very strong at harassing, supporting his team and stealing. I am not a big fan of this build for this meta, but it was sooo powerfull before mewtwo's meta.
Support Greedent is very strong, especially in master elo.
Share exp, focus band, aeos cookie and potion is making this pokemon an unbelievable great tank with covet belch. I am very curious how you would manage this build mOY 😁
Problem is, greedent is always on run, so exp share is not active for your teammate. (100% exp for teammate and 30% extra for you)
@@mOYmirko That's exactly the tricky part to avoid taking exp from your partner. This build must be play like an harasser supporter defender, not solo play harasser. At start, you are stealing on your own first mob, trying to get 1 or 2 stack then most of the game, you are sharing exp, harassing enemy pokemon by stealing their farm, baiting them and disrupting them.
Sadly most doesn't want to play as Greedent. Not even in my team😞

Master mOY, please share your wisdom with this peasant. How do you deal with the horrible match macking? Last weeks seems like I have been put with 3 newbies and the enemy team seem to be a pro champion team?
Also I've noticed that the shields you get in your arsenal are almost useless! They break so easily.
You cant do nothing about matchmaking or low quality players. Just try your best until end. Im losing matches too. If there is lot of lose streaks its Better to cool off a little.
Matchmaking feels really off in unite.

Greedent has as much CC as a defender is supposed to have.
Greedent does as much damage a defender is supposed to do.
Greedent is balanced.
That is why nobody wants to play it, when powercreeps like Slowbro, Lapras, Mamo, Blastoise, Trev and Umbreon are available
99% of Pokemon Unite players didn't care about this defender - and they shouldn't and that's how it should be

Disagree, mobas need annoying (but balanced characters), a lot of people like different mechanics.
Do you know what annoys me the most? ADCs, yet I dont think they should be banned, they should launch new characters more annoying, with heavy cc or invisibility, or a thicc runner like greedent.
