Hell, i haven't noticed that. What a nice detail tho. Even some of the substories that don't have actual parent-child relations have some kind of mentor and pupil figure, like the body shift one with the butler or the idol in love that went against her manager's will

I know Kiryu's aging and deserves a long rest but there should still be more action-packed events to make his rest worthwhile. His age doesn't change the fact that's he's a badass yakuza with morale and a great grandfather. Who's with me?

This game going out there and doing some almost supernatural sub-stories works really well with Kiryu playing the straight man
