Nice clean truck! Great choice with the QA1! Off topic but noticed you aren’t running an antenna, you should replace the plastic with an escalade one with no hole. Really cleans it up
What is the purpose of the wheel spacers on the front? Are those stock wheels? Does it handle better in the corners? I have SS Silverado wheels on mine and it handles great but if this makes it handle a bit better then I’m sold.
I did it mainly for aesthetics but I actually did notice slightly better handling in the corners. I think it looks 10 times better having the tires aligned with the body instead of slightly tucked in so even if they didn't help with handling I'd still recommend them 100% if you're trying to get your lines right. The wheels I have are from a 2016 LTZ. www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVSFB32N?ref=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apin_dp_C9AXD9X8KBHDZWMETWWE&ref_=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apin_dp_C9AXD9X8KBHDZWMETWWE&social_share=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apin_dp_C9AXD9X8KBHDZWMETWWE&starsLeft=1&skipTwisterOG=1&fbclid=IwY2xjawGV6kZleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHXkP5xTZ5h41tHWRY8DjN4YQslmKdfa_uSM2XR0zvqiPxj3lqan1TSc8TQ_aem_1bLCriA9pWeiezkxyM5LDA
Guy one question your in las vegas and I see you have long tube headers how are you able to pass the smog check. I so want to long tube's for my truck. I cut the cats off one time they were clogged so I had them cut off and welded straight pipe. Loud yes but stinky and would not pass smog.
Long tube headers to high flow cats to a 22 inch Magnaflow muffler and good O2 sensors seems to be good enough. Just passed smog the other day. I had a code for the MAF sensor but apparently you can have 1 code and still pass.
Hi, I have a 97 Silverado, I've been thinking a lot about whether those suspensions are worth those thousands of dollars, do you recommend buying them? Does it really improve the handling? These trucks are already super smooth and pleasant. Greetings
I do recommend buying them because of how much improvement I got on the ride and handling. Hard to say if you'd get as much improvement for your rig but the parts are definitely high quality. I was also not very happy with my ride before and was irritated every time I took the truck out.
Can't remember exactly... about $800 for the QA1 kit and another $300 for the Detroit Axle parts. Then another $300-500 in other stuff to get the job done... you know how it goes.
Nice man! Would like to do this to mine. I hate the "gmc" lean as well. I've been looking at the Aldan coilovers. Same kinda coilover. Well keep up videos
Unfortunately, it wasn't until everything was replaced all the way around that it was fixed. Well worth the money though. About $3k total for everything.
I think you should start a separate channel - Jesses garage or something… you have really great content, but RUclips probably struggles to find the right audience for you because you guys have so many different types of videos… it probably throws off the algorithm. Anyways great video bro! All the videos you guys make are really cool, just think you need to separate your content into different channels.
We've talked about this several times. We're not sure we have enough content for a family channel since most of our videos are automotive. Could just rename our channel and keep it strictly garage videos.
Damn! I wish my truck was that clean!
Thanks!
awsome video man!
Thanks! Much appreciated 👊🏼
Looks great now !
Thanks!
You did a great job. QA1 is an awesome suspension company.
Thanks brother. Ya, I agreee. Very nice product.

Great idea! eBay? What's it called?

How about your leaf springs? What brand are they?
Alcan Springs. Love them!
Use a torch. That ball joint will pop right out.
We actually tried that but no luck. Those suckers were on there good!

I feel like if you did a giveaway one day that I would win 😊 . # Support
Not a bad idea! Not sure how to set it up though. Based on likes or comments?
@willzbillzfam i would say comments also try to get more people to subscribe for those giveaways.

How much is that whole conversion cost if you don't mind me asking
