Loved the opening garden scene. Sometimes I like to watch your videos just for the 'feel-good' feeling they provide. Today was especially good in that way. The beautiful opening garden scene, the gorgeous sweeping and relaxing music, and there was even had a bit of humor when the zucchini plopped back into the batter after you had so diligently shaken off the excess. (The timing on that was so perfect it made me laugh out loud). I love watching your videos.

I made these with fresh zucchini from my garden and they were delicious!!
