If everyone would take care of there vekoma boomerang like Hershey, people would still be screaming "CLONE" but generally would be a more liked ride design. Heck with proper vest restraints alone I wish two places would get one used right now. They are very fun if maintained and with the vekoma vest restraint trains.
This was once of my new favorite rides at Hershey Park once I did it a couple times I wasn’t that nervous anymore and it was so fun the only part that I don’t like is when you go backwards on the loop it hurts my head 😖
My friends and I went on this 3 times. Hard to believe this is all gravity! I always shut my eyes on the backwards loop because my mind can’t comprehend it 😂

I went on it 2 weeks ago and I literally have a concussion from it. I have been to the doctor and evaluated for one too. It's such a fun ride, but dang it, going backwards slammed my head so hard on the seat 😢. And yes, I was in the restraints properly
I go almost every year and like 2 or 3 years ago I rode this when it was sidewinder still 3 times in a row, this year before we had the app my cousin and I waited in a 50 minute long line 😅
I don't know when they re painted and named the sidewinder but sure am glad it wasn't when I was working there thing was loud enough with out music playing. Also so unreliable on the catch cart before it drops back that it's known threw out the park if it jams cause the noise is so loud everyone from across the park calls in thinking it was they're ride
