Sara really stepped up to have Boyd’s back. I respect that!! I wish they could make every episode at this same pace…I kept thinking the music would be connected because of those backward numbers and Jade’s very beautiful talent///didn ‘t realize he’s a world class violinist.
If they just talked as normal people, then the story continued faster and more logically. There is just to many padding in this season 14:45 If Jade just talked with other persons, like Jim, then this could have happened earlier. 13:00 I have to disagree how 'powerful' the scene is. If Jade and everyone just talked, then Tabitha could just told Jade this earlier. The show is just padding and in the final episode there are like: 'here is the answer' I am done with this show (not your channel though ^^ )
Everyone shitted on Ellis this season but as soon as he found out about Fatima he immediately told Boyd and Kristi. The only thing he’s kept secret is his wife murdering someone which is fair
@DarthStalkers yea u right he pulled thru. Although, this episode felt like the writers already have the answers planned out and now they just dragging to cash out.
@@shaquilleknights3197 yeah I agree. Dragged for sure. So many episodes that did nothing. Remember when Kenny pulled the rod from the statues and it was made out to be a horrible thing? I guess we’ll never know haha
Jim is the one who really cracked the code...even when the man in yellow comes he constantly trying to protect julie...he loves his family from the bottom of his heart... don't know why people hate him....
People hate him because he always argue with tabitha. I mean the man in yellow already warned him 😅 that's why he try to stop tobatiha from her mission, to protect her and his family!!! But tabitha is a stubborn. The yellow didn't like it and killed jim.
Despite this being the weakest season the finale was probably the best episode of the entire series. It really had my heart racing the entire time. Good stuff
The moment Tabitha told Jim that her and jade had a kid before, I knew Jim was done lol Man in Yellow = Night creature that can walk in daylight. Yikes!
I think He's probably the entity itself, how does he know about Jim on the radio and that his wife was digging a hole, He's definitely more powerful than monsters too
@@ItsMe-jz5wb yeah he's definitely the big bad behind it. Still don't explain the thing walking outside by the cabin, or what dragged Sara and Boyd's tent...but damn.. this was a good episode
The Man in Yellow says, "Knowledge comes with a cost". Ig the man in yellow appeared cause Jade and Tabitha remembers their past now. And Jim was the sacrifice for this knowledge.
@@SBzKillFrenzy Trueee but ngl despite all the flaws seeing Jim die was kinda sad but I dunno why I was expecting it because of the way he was acting, he was starting to look like a side character or not very important character but whatever
Jade also mentions how the energy from people’s souls lingers there. I have said from the beginning: the electricity in the town runs on trapped human souls! This might mean that even if you die in Fromville, you can’t get out! Randall said that dying wasn’t the worst thing that could happen to you there, after all!
Man in yellow is way terrifying bro came out of nothing said some weird stuff through julie like trash and rip Jim's throat like peeling a banana all while looking like that photoshoped messi pic with one tooth
It was so obvious to me that they are going to bring him back, that i hated it. It was obvious because they had him do some shots ( Flashbacks) and so they had the actor and so they used him. I hated that they killed him just to revive him again.
I thought there was no way they'd answer enough questions in one episode but I was so, so wrong. S4 will definitely be worth the wait! We found out so many things. 1. Tabitha and Jim are reincarnations of Victor's mom and Christopher 2. Monsters are former town inhabitants who sacrificed their children 3. Creepy kids are the children who were sacrificed 4. The voice Jim heard on the radio at the end of S1 was the guy in yellow 5. Julie can time travel to revisit certain parts of the story 6. Elgin was manipulated by the kimono chick and Fatima was never really pregnant, she just helped Smiley get reincarnated There's a few more minor revelations and theories too, but those above are HUGE for the story!
Julie is the Cromenockle. Victor is the Lonely Dragon, and his truck hiding place is the Cavern of the Lonely Dragon. Julie needs to go on a quest and Ethan is the key to understanding the story. Ethan and Julie needs to see the map in Victor´s truck. The faraway trees and the ruins will be portals in time and space for Julie to try to break the cycle. Ethan, being a child (the only surving child) is the key to the story. He has been telling them since S1 that they need to piece together the story (all the drawings) to save someone on a quest. The lake of tears is where Elis realises Elgin has Fatima. The need a boat to escape.
I agree with this! I think there’s a reason Boyd mentioned the boat being missing from the photo of his home, and I immediately said to myself that they should try a boat escape.
If she could this entire fucking season wouldn't have happened. Julie can't change anything you'all. It's already established. The only thing she can do is get information from the past. It will help to get a way out of this town.
also a fact that Julie hair is short is prove she is time traveler, and she wear fresh new jacket, my guess she probably go to ruin and then go to faraway tree and next to lighthouse
@@PYNKGENIE yes!!! It was a good episode. We didn't get all the answers, but enough to hold me over. My question to you is do you think Elgin is redeemable?
I dont think Eloise is dead, he said he found pieces only, not confirming that its hers. And remember Eloise is really good at hide and seek. I think they will introduce her to us next season. Cant wait!
Sara is the MVP of the finale. Atta Girl! ❤️ This season has been tiring, felt like they dragged the band way too much without giving enough answers. Finally, They did reveal key details connecting all the way back to S1 itself. Coming to the episode itself, it was beautifully woven. The scientific concepts, Musical notes and that music was so soothing. Excellent episode 10/10 for S03E10 🎼🖤
Sara already killed her brother. That's what she meant with 'I've already given [my soul] to it.' It being the town. Hurting Elgin was way easier for her. Boyd did hurt him, but he was not on the same level.
Yup indeed. This season felt a bit more like drama series without a lot of action and horror bits of the monsters...from the moment the main guy killed the smiley monster with his mixed blood and until this episode it was all a massive stall I bet this series will be at least 10 seasons or 20 thanks to these stalling techniques of the directors
The man in yellow, just like the King in Yellow. For those who don't know, it's a mysterious and malevolent supernatural and gothic entity known as the King in Yellow. Nice, so maybe he's the big dog or the main antagonist-or the entity that controls the whole town. Now, I can't wait for Season 4! But i personally hope Season 4 is about when Miranda first came to this town and how the cycle repeated itself again. The fact that this future Julie that tried to warn jim means that it has happened before, so she saw it coming already and tried to warn him.
Boy in white is good. The man in yellow is evil. The key to ending this curse is to stop the children from being sacrificed. The boy in white sent Tabitha back so she could remember. If Tabbitha and Jade dies, the cycle starts over. The man in yellow killed Jim because he said there were consequences to remembering. What a better way to way to punish Tabbitha than kill her husband.
They made a deal with the man in yellow for immortality, sounds like a deal with the devil to me, man in yellow is the devil, and by the whole town making that deal, it made the town into a literal hell on earth.
Somehow I think this is the true ending but I feel like it's too generic. Since most of From's lore comes from pagan mythology, I'd go for something more of paganism to explain MIY than christianism and Devil stories
Either that or he’s the ring leader of the town and has different privileges from the sacrifice. Jade and Tabitha were there when the sacrifices were made but they didn’t become monsters but are still immortal. That lady everyone sees and delivered smiley maybe she’s the one they made the deal with hence why she’s bringing smiley back
@@borisgraell I guess we are watching two different shows. The entire season has been him being faced with new challenges and circumstances that he has to navigate as the “protector” of the town and not being able to. Other major character storytelling and major side stories that ties into the mystery does not change that he’s facing the town wanting to break him. They’re all important the sequence of events leading up to full story. He’s still an important character.
I disagree with the "confirmation" that Eloise is dead. I don't think the show confirmed it. Victor literally said, "I THINK." because he couldn't really tell.
What everyone is forgetting to mention is Tilly's importance. She said she had 4 children and 7 grandchildren. The number 47 came up on the radio in the RV. And most importantly their are 7 children that were sacrificed on the stone tables. There's a connection there.
I think I have a theory which might explain a lot actually. So apparently the creators have stated at one point or another that if you figure out what the monsters are, you figure out what is happening in the show, regardless of if this statement has actually been said I think I've just came to a revelation of sorts. So as of the finale of season 3 Fatima says that she knows what the monsters are, people who have sacrificed their children at the offer of immortality, but that of course came with a twist, the monsters don't exhibit any human traits, no empathy, a desire to kill, whilst also just acting in a strange, almost in a robotic way and also the fact that they are shapeshifters who lack blood, have claws etc. Im now convinced more than ever that Fromville is just some purgatory, stasis or hell itself for unsuspecting victims. People don't die to enter from ville but instead a force brings them in. So what I believe happend is that when this town was 'born' the inhabitants who since became the monsters were perhaps manipulated by the man in yellow (who I believe is the devil) into killing their own children in order to not be killed by the man in yellow and be granted immortality at the feat of the man in yellow to forever punish those unlucky enough to he lured into town. I dont believe the monsters when they were human knew that they would become these monsters, they could have but I like the idea that the devil lied to them in a sense and whilst he did grant them immortality, he also took away their humanity and quite literally turned them into vessels to carry out the devils torture for him. Since then, any who have entered the town have just been tortured by the monsters, being hunted and stalked and mentally drained all because the devil wants to see them punished and broken before death, it's not clear what the devils motives are other than just wanted to hurt people and torture them, he might feed off hope but not in the literal sense, he might just gain pleasure from seeing people trying to escape his prison. Something I also find interesting which somewhat supports this is that before Miranda entered the town, she had visions of the man in yellow, as we know the recreation theory is now true, this means a past self of Miranda had contact with the man in yellow and likely offered the trade of a child for immortality, since that past self of Miranda must have died in order for Miranda to be reincarnated, we know that the past self must have declined and was likely killed by the man in yellow which supports the idea that he tricked people into killing their children and those who didn't he just killed. Im not fully sure what this means for the future of this show as now the puppeteer has made his appearance, I feel like he is here to stay and I'm not sure what this would mean for the people of Fromville, I think there's a chance that one of our characters might get the offer of killing a child for immortality which could be a really cool thing to see. It also leaves me uncertain into the Boy in whites roll, using logic of this is a hell they are in, white is considered pure meaning that the boy is angelic and here to help but yet I'm still inclined to believe the boy is not what he seems and has his own agenda. Since the reveal of the man and yellow and his likely stay in fromville it will be interesting to see if he talks to any of the characters, tries to manipulate them into doing his bidding. Another thing I've just thought of is the slaughter that Victor managed to survive, what I think is that after the devil reveals himself, the slaughter happens in order to keep his identity a secret, so since he has now revealed himself and I imagine Julie will easily get back to the town, his identity is revealed, indicating that now the slaughter will begin, I think season 4 could be the last season where it is one last push to uncover as many secrets they can to escape before this slaughter happens. Ive been trying my best to figure out what the title means as the lead writer won't even tell any of the cast the answer, that means it has to be something big which reveals a lot of stuff, my leading guess is that it might mean something like 'where did I come from?' As every character might be a reincarnation of a past character that has died in fromville. Basically meaning that there were x amount of people in fromville at the very beginning and everytime they die they are reincarnated to forever repeat the loop of being tortured by the devil, maybe because the originals who entered this town did something that angered the devil, making him want to punish them for eternity by resurrecting their souls after death with the soul purpose of luring them back into the town to be punished again, theory over
And I believe you may be correct, this show does exhibit Christian traits, this explain when randall mentions “ i dont think the worse thing that can happen here is death”
This is a pretty solid theory but I don't think they're gonna play into the traditional Christian themes. I am, however, curious about what it meant that the children were both born and killed in darkness. They didn't look like babies so that would mean that the man in yellow made these people keep their children in the dark tunnels until they were sacrificed (seeming between ages 7-9)
Cuz Jim is the second worst and most Annoying character in the shower. Right after Acosta, I litterally cheered when Jim died, oh god I hate him so much 😂
@@Steventremblay89 For me, it's a bit sad that he died and yes, we all know he could have done more to uncover the mysterious truth about the town, but in the end, he was a husband and a father.
It was crazy how Jim did not listen to his daughter! She said run and he was like oh calm down, like it is a worls full of monsters, run run if they tell you to! It was a hard death to watch!!
Did playing the song make the man in yellow come out ? Or was it because smiley was reborn? Man in yellow possibly slaughtered the old townsfolk? Jim too prideful for me. Julie said run so you run. Julie looks way different this is not the Julie you know. Ugh. Julie should have said you’re going to DIE if you don’t leave.
I think you’re right the slaughter was because they were closer than ever now they’re going deep again, when jade played the song now he’s going to go slaughter the town now aka season 4
Man in yellow was free he spoke to Jim before in radio. Because Jim came with the music idea he killed him he said “knowledge comes with cost” he came back because Maranda and Cristopher are back and he trying to stop them from stoping to sacrifice.
@@Mogahid-wu8nlokay makes sense but where has the man in yellow been ? Why do the monsters know everyone name? Because of man in yellow? Has he also been going through this cycle over and over again ?
i have a feeling that town also has some kinda of loop, like it was always meant that smiley kill Miranda and other forms of Miranda in future or past, that's why he got reborn cause Boyd almost ended the cycle by killing smiley with that disease
@@anonymous-bb2dwthat's what the writers want you to think. The monsters don't leave pieces of people. They just rip out the organs and meat from the arms and legs
I hope this episode will finally quiet the complainers about stuff not being revealed… This episode was awesome! My only complaint is I wish season 4 started next week!
I never understood why people complained about "no answers" I'd argue we've been given answers all the way along. we (just like the characters) just didn't have all of them, or were unable to properly connect them. I have loved all the mythology and symbolism that has been scattered and placed throughout. some will just be redherrings for nerdy folk like me to get hung up on, some will be foreshadowing for things to come, and some are just to draw parallels to. its honestly fantastic writing! I would argue anyone that has complained about "no answers" just hadn't been paying attention, or need things spoon fed to them. Season 4 cannot come quick enough... although, I will be re-watching and trying to connect the pieces we dont know yet. the Rabbit hole will still be explored until then.
@ these people have gotten so use to complaining they can’t even watch a show that’s suppose to be for entertainment purposes without complaining. They watch week by week, season by season, complaining all the way as if they are trying to convince those of us who are enjoying the series to hate it. Even now with so much revealed this last episode there are still tons of miserable folk who want to keep complaining about prior seasons or episodes. They need to start, write and produce their own series so they can enjoy it!
When Jade was screaming for answers and said, “message not received !!”, I FELT THAT LMAO 🤣 This episode was good despite all past slower episodes. And I don’t think that we are wrong for wanting more answers 🤷🏽♀️ I’m sad Jim died and at first I thought it was random but Jim did actually know a lot. He was useful just as much as Jade. He was also just a family man on top of it that made him protective which was annoying to everyone lol I do hope Jim dying doesn’t stop them from getting answers 😭 I don’t think the boy in white is the same as the man in yellow or if he is, something happened to him to make him turn to the dark side. Im sad we have to wait till 2026 to get season 4 but I’m excited to see how this plays out !! 🎉
FROM is beyond brilliant. so many subtle, creepy and somewhat random things woven back to story soo incredibly perfectly. wish i could find the time dungeon so i could get to S4 asap
I cracked the story! So Jade is Link, and Tabby is Zelda! As they learn the song of remembrance, they both remember reincarnating in the land of Hyrule, and Ganon is back with an army of undead cave monsters! everything makes sense now!
I think the man in yellow is either the ringleader of the original child sacrifice participants (the monsters), or possibly a servant of theirs like the kimono lady, but as an enforcer. But more likely he's one of them. In any case, he's trying to keep everybody in line, and if two of the original sacrifice participants are figuring too much stuff out, he needs to either distract them into losing the thread, or perhaps turn them into monsters themselves through their guilt. But it's obvious that Tabiranda and Jadeopher were sacrifice participants who then dissented and became convinced they could change the story. What's confusing is why the other sacrifice participants are in this pocket dimension place and why they're inclined to go around killing everyone they can, not to mention why they don't come out during the day, why they turn into scary monster creatures for killing (but not just hanging out in the tunnels), and how the different time periods of the town relate.
that village with vegetables and wooden hoots had three totem stones painted red, from tabitha's dream, maybe they devoted each to something like man in yellow is smth of a highest level, kimono woman is from monsters ilk, but also higher level than monsters and boy in white
I’m turning into a monster. I want Acosta to be eaten by the monsters. 😂 I feel sad for Elgin, he seems like a good kid who has been fooled into making bad decisions. I also feel sad that he lost an eye. Maybe there is some connection between him losing his eye and the vision Jade saw of the man with a missing eye. They both are missing an eye and they both have blood drinking related to them. The biggest mysteries yet to be answered are, who is the boy in white?, Who is Martin from the dungeon? What are the bugs that Randal sees? Why didn’t the monsters kill Randal? How the talismans came to be and why do they work? And now that we see the man in yellow, who is he? Does the talismans work on him? If the talismans do not work on him that makes the people be in a desperate situation. I can’t wait for season 4. This finale was awesome.
I have a new theory on the boy in white. perhaps he is a past version of one of Tabithas sons from a previous cycle. He; like Victor got trapped there but he got killed. That may explain why he isnt quite like the other ghost like children there. They were sacrificed long before he was. It would explain why he looked after Victor for so long, its his Brother from a past life. why he immediately found and befriended Ethan. I think they left Randall alive to further harm him. and to create tension with Boyd. They're trying to break Boyd, Keeping alive the man he left to die, would do that well. The monsters would know Randall was hotheaded and probably assumed he would be resentful of Boyd and cause conflict and sabotage his plans. Breaking him and stopping him progressing. A motivated Boyd is dangerous for them, he breaks the rules, he killed one of their own, (temporarily) he found the talisman. I think he is close to answers they dont want him to know, by throwing a hot headed spanner in the work would stop him. they just didnt know Randall would be scared. OR Randall holds another purpose with Marielle and Julie. I would add these questions too- How does the tree/town/entity chose people to enter the town, Tabitha and Jade are re-incarnated and stuck in a loop, but is everyone? Did the man in yellow create the Monsters? if so why? (we know they are parents of the Angkoohie kids, who gave up their kids for eternal life, but why?) Jade and Tabitha's previous life didn't want to give up their Daughter, so what purpose or power does the man in yellow have to sacrifice the kids, and create the monsters. What is the significance of the Motel? the Colony house? did they just get created in different time loops, or is there reason there is no motel but a sign, and the colony house is clearly a central point of the town. In S1 the Matthews cross a train track? where is that? why has no one come across it since? Why is the lake called the brundles, and what part does it really play? Is Elgin a re-incarnation of the Civil war soldier (the missing eye). I have lots of unanswered questions.
We did NOT get confirmation Eloise is dead. He said he wasn't sure. And they were just little pieces. He basically said the pieces were unrecognizable. The writers have purposely let a a possibility exist that she isn't dead. Otherwise, it would have been way more clear that she was 100% dead.
i mean, she was 4-5 years old little girl, dead or alive doesn't matter she couldn't do much for the story overall, like what are your possible hopes for her to do?
@@halo2something Who knows? If someone said a year ago, that Fatima would give birth to Smiley, others would say they are crazy. The return of Eloise could be completely unpredictable in a way no one can yet imagine.
If you really think about it Jim is actually a genius, Jade wouldn’t be able to solve the year number if it wasn’t for Jim. I believe that the Man in Yellow is The Boy In White Dad if you compare their names it so similar and I believe that The Boy in White is working against The Man in Yellow
The connection between the Man in Yellow and the Boy in White being father and son is wild. If they’re working against each other, it changes everything!
THey definitely have a connection somehow...the boy in white?the man in yellow?its not for show..............my question is HOW TF are they going to survive the man in yellow.
Smiley is going to wear Jim’s clothes. This is sad. Evil is taking over all over again. Those things were actually losing the war since the people were picking up clues. And now they’ll be hyped by the return of Smiley and That duche in yellow.
They need to write all of this down and put it everywhere in case they don’t make it so the new people will know what to do right away. And write musical notes on those pieces of paper.
23:21 this is not accurate. We did NOT get a conformation that Eloise is dead. Victor said he thought it was her, but there wasn't much left. So we do NOT know for sure
I believe the creature Fatima gave birth to will play a significant role in the next season. It seems likely that the darker forces will gain the upper hand, especially since the town’s inhabitants have been relatively lucky for a while. This creature might have unique traits-like the ability to move freely during the day-setting it apart from the others. I also think Jade and Miranda will play a protective role throughout the series, possibly as part of a larger plan. There’s clearly a reason why the man in yellow doesn’t directly affect Tabitha and Jade. Instead, he seems to focus on breaking them emotionally by targeting their loved ones or inducing hallucinations. I feel Boyd might also be connected to this circle, perhaps tied to whatever links Tabitha and Jade. We’ll likely see Tabitha’s husband return, but as a hallucination meant to torment her daily. The man in yellow might have a backstory where he was once a close friend of Tabitha and Jade. However, his obsession with immortality drove him to make extreme choices, like sacrificing children. While this may have been influenced by the sinister pull of the town (similar to how Eldin was affected), he may not have realized it was a trap. His actions could have led to his current cursed state or being trapped in the town. It’s possible that Jade and Tabitha escaped this fate because they refused to take part in the ritual, which might have involved sacrificing their own child. Over time, their story may be about trying to find a way to save their child, who was either forcefully taken or sacrificed due to their resistance to the ritual.
Most of all characters are similar to lost. let me explain - 1. Boyd and michael...same confused and very disturbed character who can mess with anyone for family like in lost. He lost his wife in both series because of him. 2. sara and sayid....both torturers.....do their work when it is needed most. Fck....that screwdriver in eyes.of elgin...he perfectly deserved that shot. 3. John locke and that victor guy....again the same mysterious....believer of faith...can't tell a simple thing to anyone. Makes things complicated. 4. Desmund hume ( lost) and julie ( from) both are a failsafe of time travel. Both are time travellers. 😮 5. son of michael ( lost) and son of tabitha......always a fear of being killed or captured. 6. Sara and his brother....shannon and boone from lost...same overprotective brother who died for nothing. 7. Man in yellow and monsters are like the ultimate villain of the show. Like man in black...that was villian in lost. 8. That hatch in lost led to other people like in from that underground hatch led to other people in from. 9. People were stuck on an island and here in a village. can't escape without dying 99% of all people. Just 3 or 4 people will be able to escape at the end. 10. Only tabitha and jade feels like new and original characters. can't say that sawyer and kate but yeah its different. 11. Jin and sun....lover boys...like here fatima and the son of boyd. 12. same time travel, supernatural, hallucinations, fate, faith, supposed to do 😅😅😅 elements are here. 13. Men in yellow ( IDK ) = Men in black ( lost) 14. Father khatri here and Father yemi there. 15. last but not the least....producers are also the same. Tell me the differences....i told similarities. By the way i have seen lost recently. That's why I'm so detailed and obsessed with that. Thanks ❤
That’s a fascinating breakdown! If Fatima’s creature plays a major role next season, and the Man in Yellow’s backstory ties him to Tabitha and Jade, it would add so much more to the story. The ritual idea and their resistance could explain so much!
I think if jade and Tabitha are reincarnations, the. Everyone else is also they are the monsters reincarnated feeding there former selfs, since the town repeats itself
Anyone else play Fear and Hunger termina? In the game there is a man in yellow as well. Additionally, the game is about the ritual of turning a chosen into a God through the sacrifice of others. Maybe this is a ritual where the man in yellow or the boy in white will ascend based on how the ritual is conpleted. Maybe, the completion of the ritual is based on who succeeds, and the Man in yellow knows that Jade and tabitha will never give up on their children. Because of that, it aims to prolong and continue the status quo forever, while the boy in white only needs Jade and Tabitha to succeed once. Within this ritual, they are only allowed to interfere so much which also gives a corresponding opportunity to the other side. So the more that you interfere the more the other side gets an advantage as a consequence which is why the boy and white is reluctant to directly help. It might also be why smiley was able to be in the right spot to catch Miranda before she could get to the tree. Yeah, I think it's all just a ritual to obtain godhood and the people in the souls in town are just pawns, the monsters are eternal pawns of the Man in yellow... I think because the boy in white didn't give them the answer and they came to the answer organically the cast will have an advantage in season 4 because the man in yellow directly interfered... Maybe the powers that Julie has is also a direct consequence to direct interference the man in yellow has done in the past like collapsing the house, rain storms, or rotting food.
Laws of energy dont exactly transpose well into theories of souls and spirits. And these theories require a lot of world building by the viewer to understand. The writers could have done a lot better giving up more answers along the way without spoiling the big reveal. Playing the music didnt reveal very much. It wasnt a key unlocking "everything." It barely revealed anything!
7:17 "Now we know who was knocking in episode one of the season" What? Cut a worm in half representing Tabitha and Jade and now knowing who was knocking? Huh?
one of THE best episodes, hell of a season finale! boyd was being a hypocrite and a double standard towards fatima. he said "no excuses" yet excused fatima for killing Tilly! and how can you blame Elgin? hes a kindred soul who thought he was doing good, sara understood but also cant act as a hero when she, herself, has killed 2 innocent lives. im also feeling for jim, bc thats tough to hear and then to die soon after! and if julie is a storywalker, wouldnt randall and marielle also be able to? i hate the hate jim gets, bc he has been trying to escape, if it werent for him both jade and tabitha wouldnt have "remembered", i think they killed him bc again, knowledge is power. also, you can tell that julie has been traveling for awhile...i think eloise is a traveler like julie and they will run into each other..theyre very similar.
I think the civil war vet was trying to warn them about Elgin because they both ended up with a missing eye and the vet drank blood just like Elgin made Fatima
He could have been lying to Boyd... And at this point in time Boyd didn't even met Randell, so... Someone said in the comments that they might have chained Martin to prevent him from "story walking" and possibly changing the past, like Julie did when she dropped that rope. But he probably wasn't chained all the time, maybe he met Julie in one of his "walkings", in the future (for her)... Lots of speculation again, we need just survive two more years for 4 season...
Father Khatri finally convinced me he was good. He knew that by him making Boyd doubt himself it would cause Sarah to step in a get to doing 🥷🏾 s bad😂😂😂😂
@@GobigOrange901 You think? I'm not sure about that. Didn't seem like they were interested in her at all. They were just waiting for Smiley to return.
This show is just brilliant imo, and this episode just took this show to another level. So many possibilities and speculation of what to expect in season 4, with still not really knowing exactly what's going on, we may know some more stuff, but really don't know all. The thrill and suspense is just amazing, and the producers being the same from the hit tv show Lost, just showed how brilliant they are. If I was to compare it to Lost even though it's completely different, it would be similar to when they found the Hatch in Lost, and it changed the whole show, imo, that's exactly what this episode just did here for its viewers.
I think the reason all of this is happening to Jade and tabitha is because the ritual to be immortal worked for them too. It is strange to have so many rules in that place. The talisman, Julie's abilities, other monsters. It was exactly like the scene in battlestar gallactica. Even the same word: "remember".
It didn't work on them but more so they held on to hope so strongly that it embedded into their soul thus allowing them to reincarnate so many times until they are successful
@halo2something I dont think the ritual did everything. I think that place was already full or magic before. What is the connection between julie's abillity and thé ritual to live forever?
Im going to say this 1. This is was good season. 2. Boyd did the right thing with Elgin. Acosta is going to get got in season 4 and im here for it. 3. Yeah, there was supposed to be 3rd point but im actually done lol
1. Sarah is a freaking savage and my new fav. 2. It kinda sorta makes sense now that the BIW is Tabitha and Jade's son that they tried to save, which explains why he protected Victor his brother. 3. Ethan can also see the BIW because that's also his half-brother, just like Victor's. 4. Julie looks different with shorter hair. I guess Ethan was right about not being able to change the story. 5. The MIY is way worst than the creatures in the tunnels, Martin literally warned Boyd about it plus he can walk in daylight unlike the other creatures.
I disagree with Eloise being dead. In fact, if anything, he said that he THINKS he burried Eloise because there were so little pieces to retrieve of her. Something tells me she's not dead and we'll see her in season 4.
Elgin did it to himself. They tried to talk to him. If they didn't make him talk Fatima might of died and they would not have known that Smilely had returned as well as the extra information Fatima had. Elgin was at this point an agent of the town that rebirthed smiley through the ritual. Sara situation was different as everyone thought the monsters were the big bad. After Sara situation everyone now knew including Elgin about the power of what the Town could do. Elgin reasons for trusting was very weak whereas Sara and everyone back in season 1 was none the wiser.
You make a great point about Elgin and Sara’s situations being so different. Elgin should’ve known better, but it’s like the town was pulling the strings all along.
How can someone fix slitted neck that deep 😅😅 only thing possible to save him is that what we saw in final moment was a pre dejavu for upcoming jims death and Julie can choose different path to run rather than bumping into jims place
The Man In Yellow I think the man in yellow was the main entity which promised the townspeople the gift of immortality if they were willing to sacrifice the lives of their children. The townspeople were so much greedy about the gift of an eternal life that they were blinded unable to see the worth of their children's lives and not able to comprehend the true cost of such a gift. As a result they sacrificed their children and became immortal monsters who were allowed to roam outside only during the night and killed people not only for fun but also to stop them from saving those children as the children's sacrifice fuels their immortality. This sheds light on the fact that the townspeople are still greedy for an eternal life and this greed fuels the man in yellow who is using the townspeople to maintain control over this place. This is evident from the fact that the man in yellow says - ' Knowledge comes with cost' reiterating the fact that it was he who understands the true cost of what he granted to the townspeople and then used it to his advantage. The fact that the man in yellow is the entity controlling the town is also evident when he says to Jim - 'Your wife shouldn't be digging that hole Jim' This statement shows that the man in yellow is watching all the events of the town closely. Further he is also using townspeople to his advantage like using Sarah to kill the boy in white, using Smiley monster to prevent Miranda from saving the children and using Elgin to facilitate the birth of the Smiley monster. All these things point to the fact that the man in yellow is the person who is maintaining control over the town.
Nahhh I'm going to say that this is the best eps of all s3, although in s3 it feels long but if we don't go through that, then in eps 10 you won't feel it. Thanks a lot for all From videos Man, keep it up! ✨
Did anyone notice the Julie that came to Jim was wearing different clothes and different hairstyle from the Julie we last saw at the Diner?? was she a different Julie...are there 2 Julies now...she never left the Diner...
@@lexidenise1073 yeah, and like her little brother told her..she can't change what has already been written..she tried to change Jim's fate but couldn't
Julie mentioned to Ethan that she wants to travel back to the past to try to stop people from dying. I think after she finds out her dad dies she turns to the place in the woods where she can time travel and goes back in time to stop her dad from dying. This is why Julie’s hair is short when she runs to Jim. This is because she’s the FUTURE JULIE. In the next season we will see Julie cut her hair. I also think this because Julie was running to Jim saying “this is where it happens.” Julie said this as a reference to Jim dying (she knows Jim dies in this spot which can only mean she is from the future.)
Man, glad i stumbled across your page man! Its been a frustrating season, but well worth the wait imo. Definitely dont want to wait for answers or action in the futre though. Once was enough!
so everyone is excited about the reveal of The Man in Yellow and think of him as the big bad entity. Martin's talk about the tip of the spear has me thinking, what if the immortal villager monsters are the spear tip, the part that does the damage, what if The Man in Yellow is the shaft of the spear, trusting the villagers forward to kill, and we still haven't seen the person holding the spears who actually stands far away and is the one who targets the specific townsfolk to kill.
Julie was the one who pulled Boyd into the cave, saving him and being the reason he finds the amulets. Also it’s probably at that time when she meets the monster who recognizes her at the colony house. By trying to escape from him somewhere in the forest, she hides in the cave, he walks away, then she sees Boyd and pulls him in, only to travel to a different time herself.
2:27 😮 What if the BIW is an accumulation/collection of all of Thabitha/Miranda/Her past reincarnations's d3ad son's. As in, if Victor or Eathan di3, they'll become part pf BIW? That will explain why the BIW was drawn to both Victor and Ethan, they're all brothers via the shared soul of their reincarnated mothers, and Ethan and Victor are destined to be part of BIW.
My theory is that her and jade originally had two children. Just like Miranda had two children and Thomas died because she can’t have more than two children.
I always thought that the creatures were asleep during daytime, but I guess they can be awake as well. I wondered why no one tried to catch them with traps, like digging holes with sharp objects on the bottom, but now I see that you can't kill them completely, even if you manage to do it, they just respawn again later.
📌 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who's been on this incredible journey analyzing FROM! I really appreciate all the support, see you later tonight.

If they just talked as normal people, then the story continued faster and more logically. There is just to many padding in this season
14:45 If Jade just talked with other persons, like Jim, then this could have happened earlier.
13:00 I have to disagree how 'powerful' the scene is. If Jade and everyone just talked, then Tabitha could just told Jade this earlier.
The show is just padding and in the final episode there are like: 'here is the answer'

The finale was probably the best episode of the entire season.
You know why? Because they *finally talked to each other* to move the plot forward
If this was a really good show, this episode would be 5 or 6 tops, and this season would already had gone way forward.

Jade also mentions how the energy from people’s souls lingers there. I have said from the beginning: the electricity in the town runs on trapped human souls! I dont understand
Why the smiley born again?
What's the meaning?
And so the kimono creature is a sinister nurse?
I thought there was no way they'd answer enough questions in one episode but I was so, so wrong. S4 will definitely be worth the wait! We found out so many things.
1. Tabitha and Jim are reincarnations of Victor's mom and Christopher
2. Monsters are former town inhabitants who sacrificed their children
3. Creepy kids are the children who were sacrificed
4. The voice Jim heard on the radio at the end of S1 was the guy in yellow
5. Julie can time travel to revisit certain parts of the story
6. Elgin was manipulated by the kimono chick and Fatima was never really pregnant, she just helped Smiley get reincarnated
There's a few more minor revelations and theories too, but those above are HUGE for the story!

@@dgrimm3949 no i think tilly is 100% evil
Basically meaning that there were x amount of people in fromville at the very beginning and everytime they die they are reincarnated to forever repeat the loop of being tortured by the devil, maybe because the originals who entered this town did something that angered the devil, making him want to punish them for eternity by resurrecting their souls after death with the soul purpose of luring them back into the town to be punished again, theory over
How could you write such a long text?
And I believe you may be correct, this show does exhibit Christian traits, this explain when randall mentions “ i dont think the worse thing that can happen here is death”
@@stevennunez7066nah man. All the mythology is Celtic and pagan.
This is a pretty solid theory but I don't think they're gonna play into the traditional Christian themes. I hope this episode will finally quiet the complainers about stuff not being revealed… This episode was awesome! My only complaint is I wish season 4 started next week!
haha same here :D
Yes my god🙏🏾 was so sick of hearing the whining
Me too, I am ready for a spin off so we can have one in production while one is on air lol
From is an amazing show top tier
I cracked the story! So Jade is Link, and Tabby is Zelda! As they learn the song of remembrance, they both remember reincarnating in the land of Hyrule, and Ganon is back with an army of undead cave monsters! everything makes sense now!
Can you elaborate please
Naah
This is starting to remind me of a series on netflix called dark 😅
I love that show. One of my favourite
What's confusing is why the other sacrifice participants are in this pocket dimension place and why they're inclined to go around killing everyone they can, not to mention why they don't come out during the day, why they turn into scary monster creatures for killing (but not just hanging out in the tunnels), and how the different time periods of the town relate.
it seems that monsters reincarnate in the same body, unlike miranda and chris they start a new life outside town
that village with vegetables and wooden hoots had three totem stones painted red, from tabitha's dream, maybe they devoted each to something like man in yellow is smth of a highest level, kimono woman is from monsters ilk, but also higher level than monsters and boy in white
I’m turning into a monster. I want Acosta to be eaten by the monsters. 😂
I feel sad for Elgin, he seems like a good kid who has been fooled into making bad decisions.
I have lots of unanswered questions.
i actually like acosta but have found that i am getting more and more pissed off with Boyd's BS
We did NOT get confirmation Eloise is dead. He said he wasn't sure. And they were just little pieces. He basically said the pieces were unrecognizable. The writers have purposely let a a possibility exist that she isn't dead. Otherwise, it would have been way more clear that she was 100% dead.
i mean, she was 4-5 years old little girl, dead or alive doesn't matter she couldn't do much for the story overall, like what are your possible hopes for her to do?
she's dead move on
@@halo2something Who knows? If someone said a year ago, that Fatima would give birth to Smiley, others would say they are crazy. The return of Eloise could be completely unpredictable in a way no one can yet imagine.

I believe that the Man in Yellow is The Boy In White Dad if you compare their names it so similar and I believe that The Boy in White is working against The Man in Yellow
The connection between the Man in Yellow and the Boy in White being father and son is wild. If they’re working against each other, it changes everything!

Or the grandpa, the man in yellow, asked his son to sacrifice his son and did it and now the boy in white exists

This episode made me cry, laugh, frightened and excited all at the same time, woha
So we do NOT know for sure
of course he wasnt sure he was fucking 10 and she was a child too there isn't much to recover from a small child
It wasn't a new creature tho,
It was Smiley who just got rebirth through Fatima since he was promised to live forever
@ItsMe-jz5wb yes it was him but he might have like an upgrade or something
Most of all characters are similar to lost. let me explain -
5. son of michael ( lost) and son of tabitha......always a fear of being killed or captured.
13. Men in yellow ( IDK ) = Men in black ( lost)
Let's go, my theory of the music code was right, but the purpose of that code was just a message instead of the key to escaping the town 😔

Why people keeep thinking Martin is Randall?? Yes, he knows Julie, but does not know Boyd. Randall sure knows Boyd, he is even mad at him.

I don't think it did, I think the reason they're not monsters like others is because they refused to sacrifice their baby?
It didn't work on them but more so they held on to hope so strongly that it embedded into their soul thus allowing them to reincarnate so many times until they are successful
sacrificing kids requires ritual, so yeah, that place has many rules
Does Battlestar charater said "Angkoeey" too??
@halo2something I dont think the ritual did everything. I think that place was already full or magic before. What is the connection between julie's abillity and thé ritual to live forever?

Something tells me she's not dead and we'll see her in season 4.
she was not much older than victor what did you expect to find? she doesnt have much like the adults

The Man In Yellow
I think the man in yellow was the main entity which promised the townspeople the gift of immortality if they were willing to sacrifice the lives of their children.
This is evident from the fact that the man in yellow says -
' Knowledge comes with cost'
reiterating the fact that it was he who understands the true cost of what he granted to the townspeople and then used it to his advantage.
The fact that the man in yellow is the entity controlling the town is also evident when he says to Jim -
'Your wife shouldn't be digging that hole Jim'
This statement shows that the man in yellow is watching all the events of the town closely.

She timed traveled from the future
@@lexidenise1073 yeah, and like her little brother told her..she can't change what has already been written..she tried to change Jim's fate but couldn't
Yeah, that was pretty obvious.
of course she was different, she came from the future 😂

Delivered another load of questions successfully 🙂✔️
so everyone is excited about the reveal of The Man in Yellow and think of him as the big bad entity.
Definitely something like this. There’s no way a slow burn show like this has shown us the ultimate boss yet.
The guy in yellow kinda looks like an older Victor
That would be the biggest plot twist if he is
victor is already old...
It seems like many people can be the man in yellow with the reincarnation theory like Boyd, boy in white or totally different like the monsters
He could be Randall
OOMMMGGG this is a mind blowing idea, like he is her LOVE
That would be very good writing and thought process. I doubt it since this show has proven to us they don't have this kind of ability.
But didn’t she said her daughter was sacrificed and how plays Thomas in that 🤔
My theory is that her and jade originally had two children. Just like Miranda had two children and Thomas died because she can’t have more than two children.
Thanks for this review and damn we gotta wait probably 1.5 years until another episode.. so sad but thanks for the breakdowns
The man in yellow is like the Night King
I always thought that the creatures were asleep during daytime, but I guess they can be awake as well. I wondered why no one tried to catch them with traps, like digging holes with sharp objects on the bottom, but now I see that you can't kill them completely, even if you manage to do it, they just respawn again later.
Why didn't Jim run with that Julie 🏃🏃🏃😢😢😢😢
