Guitarist, singer-songwriter, and producer Juancho Herrera has a global vision for Latin music. It’s anchored on Colombian and Venezuelan styles, but in music, he’s a citizen of the world, so he draws freely from jazz and musical traditions from around the globe. In this special presentation, Juancho and old friends and collaborators such as Chuño, the duo of singer Sofia Tosello and percussionist Franco Pinna, singer Claudia Acuña, the duo of Juanma Trujillo y Leonor Falcón, and multi-instrumentalist Manu Sija offer a small sampling of the Latin music of the 21st century.
