I recommend a game called "Deppart Prototype" (yes, it is spelled that way) It's an insanely realistic bodycam horror game with multiple videos on it if youre curious.

It looks really cool, but there is one problem with dust2. It looks like it's cloudy there, but shadows are still sharp, usually shadows are soft and blurry when it's cloudy. But I may be wrong because sky is wery bright with this shader. Btw, shaders are wery beautiful as well

Should lower the speed of the animations and sway to match the inertia of the character to match the overall sense of self and awareness.Something a little tankish but in the sense that for example the weight of your body would require ample time to mantle or climb over a wall.Everything else is perfect but the movement has a gliding feel to it which is a bit off.Also maybe make the aiming speed gradual for example from 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0.Last maybe add some camera reverb style shaking to gunfire with slight tiny sway after firing like 0.1, it will add even more tension to firefightsThis is just some feed back and ideas I thought I'd share to help out with development of your game.Good fortune bro!

•Try putting in nilon or any fabric rubbing sound at any movement. •When you're locked in at a target, and a round hasn't been fired yet, make a dominating hand thumb move just a bit, so the grip "feels more comfortable". •Add breathing sounds as well, not too loud of course, and as mouse moves faster, breathing becomes sharp and short. I got few more ideas, but these three are the least taxing to make (I hope).

Whatever the emission point is for the origin of the reload SFX, its too close to the 'cam', but the stereo effect is way over exxagerated. If it's barely to the left side of the centerline of the screen, its all in the left channel, and when its barely to the right side, it switch nearly all right channel. Super distracting. The animation is still a bit twitchy and really gives away the game, breaking immersion as well. I jnderstand theres a gameplay reason to ensure things move as fast as a players mouse movement, but the twitchy fast movements need to be far more dynamic some how and be slowed a bit. Right now, the arms and weapon of the player looks completely weightless like in every other generic FPS. Sound scape will be worked on I hope. The constant droning of the environment is perfect for the setting but the sound doesnt change when walking between buildings or anything. Im assuming thats a system that still has a lot of complexities yet to he implemented?
It's mindblowing. The only thing is that Dust2 is normally in an arabic country in a sunny day. Your version of Dust2 is more like in a warehouse in an european country. But it's so realistic ! Hats off !
You should place real trees outside, not billboards. UE 5.2 support nanite for trees. Also make full roofs in case there would be camera angle from the top (so that you wouldn't see holes), especially considering that someone could throw grenades over buildings and you may be killed with it and see death cam from a grenade.
Not sure how much effort has gone into the sound yet, but the firing sound is just too quiet. You would need to be using subsonic ammo with a suppressor, and it would still be more "metallic" from the slide movement. Whereas here its too "soft," almost like someone jabbing a heavybag with boxing gloves on. Regardless, cool shit and good luck on progress. Edit: oh and also the sound of the projectile hitting the target, but not sure if that's even possible/feasible
It looks great and promising (!), but I'll forget about the close DOF if I were you, it's useless, unrealistic and not good looking, and I'll change the gun sound to something else than a airsoft sound. The lens cap/vignette isn't really usefull neither unless you need to hide the edge distortion because of your fish eye shader.
Please answer me this. Are you using LiDAR scanned assets ? And what type of lighting pre-set is this ? How are you able to get the lighting so perfect?
probably not soon, I’m the only one working on this and I have a full time job, I do this in my free time and I only got 2 months of experience in unreal engine, need someone who’s experienced enough to help me finish the game, otherwise this isn’t gonna fly.

Gun animations need some help I think…certainly don’t need to rack every time you swap mags especially if there is a bullet still chambered, which probably is as the slide never comes back…and where are the ejecting shells? Fucking looks pretty good otherwise

The shooting animation lacks impact in the upper arms, the reloading could use some work as well, but other than that, marvelous.

I added an actual sunlight on the HDRI to produce realtime shadows this time and a slight sharpening filter.

It's most likely Megascans assets and this more than likely using the Lumen lighting engine inside Unreal Engine 5.
