      Woh sir nai √GM ke jagah √g×R likha hai.........g=GM/R^2 hota hai jisme GM constant hai toh toh g×R^2 bhi constant hoga jiski value 9.8×6400km ke equal hai (just calculation ke liye yeh liya hai) agar aap g×R^2 mai R increase karoge toh g decrease hoga lekin unka product constant rahega(G×M).......lekin hum sida nikale toh phele hume g 36000 km par nikalna hoga phir R ko bhi 36000 km dalna padega woh karke bhi answer same aayega.....hope you got it what i am saying, i know i am not good at explaining 😛

      Dhyan se dekho sir ne GM ke jagah gR^2 use kiya hai. Yahan pe sir ne g ko hi use kiya hai jo ki surface ka hai naaki h height upar jo g' hoga.
      g = GM/R^2 (iss relation mei sab kuchh constant hai)
      Tum ye relation ko lekar confuse hogaye:
      g' = GM/r^2 (isme g' variable hai aur r bhi)
      Think another way... GM is a constant . So uske badle koi constant (gR^2) hi aayega na
      Remember this relation g=GM/R^2 is always true for earth. Here g is acceleration due to gravity on surface of earth and R is Radius of earth.
      If you still didn't get it...
      g' aur r squared ka product hamesha constant hota hai.
      g'×r^2 = g×R^2 = GM
      Hamko g aur R ka value yaad rehta hai isliye GM ke jagah wahi replace kardete hain
