- Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the world's busiest, is adding more international flight options. The airport welcomed Ethiopian Airlines with a new weekly route, allowing passengers another way to and from Africa.

Christen and Tyler, Ethiopian airline is neither new nor this is its new flight to US.This Airline is one of the oldest and the best in Africa taking its first direct flight from Addis to Atlanta.
That is fantastic. Denver will soon will have direct flight to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Africa via Ethiopian Airlines 🇪🇹

I wish to visit Ethiopia but I'm Afriad to visit Lalibela and Axum and they have been canceling flights to those cities for a while now. Until the issue has been solved I'll hold my trip to Ethiopia for now.

Looks like Ethiopia has come a very long way economically.
A very long way my friend. It's the best airline in Africa with the most beautiful cabin crew right from time. Alot of people tried to lower the airlines name ever since the crash in 2019 but yet Ethiopian still stood out regardless. I hope they maintain their Addis Ababa to Atlanta routes and also resume their Los Angeles routes again.

About time ATL is getting more international airlines that is flying in to and out of the city. Hopefully China airlines , Emirates , All Nippon, Air India, Cathy pacific Qantas, Ryan air, Thai airways,Swiss airlines, and JL will follow. To be the world’s busiest ap Atl should have been gave incentives to them to get flights into ATL. Let’s keep on with the keeping on doing the right thing ATL Hartsfield Jackson INTERNATIONAL.
China Airlines and Air India is the most likely to start service in Atlanta the other airlines don't make sense Ryan Air doesn't even fly to the us Qantas doesn't have the range until they get the a350-1000 Thai Airways doesn't fly to the us Emirates did talk about flying to Atlanta but Delta shut that down because they don't like how they are succeding but I hope some of these airlines that are unlikely start service to Atlanta
Hopefully China airlines air India and Emirates will follow. Regardless of what delta like or don’t like I did hear something about them not liking Emirates but they fly to other cities. China airlines cargo comes here but not the passenger side. That Japanese airline Np or something they to are on the list to come I heard. Air India and the Np
@@ericmcbroom7825 Japan Airlines used to fly here in the early 2000s but delta cut there partnership with them so they quit flying to atlanta If you search up atlanta city officials talking to air india about a route to atlanta they were talking about putting a route here which i could see since georgia has a huge indian population i also think vietnam airlines could fly to atlanta but they would have to expand there precense in the us there is also a good vietnamese population in atlanta and around georgia so that route would work
Oh ok , yea Vietnamese airlines would do as well because as you mentioned their is a Large Vietnamese population here as well as Chinese.

Last but not least let’s see if UPS cargo could relocate it’s Maine Air cargo from Louisville Ky to ATL as well in future. Since UPS BASED in ATL. May as well relocate the Main Air cargo hub to.

Also had Aer Lingus & Copa airlines as well. That int terminal gates should be ful of those carriers. & not connected to Delta. Let’s get them 747s Airbus 380s , 350-1000 and 340- 600 rolling in.

The biggest problem is there is no peace, democracy, and rule of law in Ethiopia. The regime has closed all independent media and arrested over 30000 Amharas that includes hundreds of journalists and thousands of innocent people including well-respected and educated the 80 years old historian, Mr. Tadios Tantu who has been kept in prison for a year. His crime is talking about the history of Oromo culture and Ethiopia. Now many people do not want to travel on that Airlines because it is controlled by bloodthirsty, PM Abiy Ahmed, the Oromo Tyrannical regime who has no respect for religion and democracy.
